Best for: Beginners and small teams on a budget
Waalaxy is the extension most people try first when they want LinkedIn invitations and follow-ups to run on their own. You pick prospects while browsing, drop them into a ready-made sequence and let the dashboard handle the timing.
Waalaxy pairs a Chrome extension with a web dashboard. The extension grabs people from LinkedIn searches, Sales Navigator lists and profiles; the dashboard turns them into campaigns built from pre-written sequences. The Pro plan costs $19 a month and allows 300 invitations a month, Advanced lifts that to 800 for $39, and Business adds cold email steps and email-finder credits for $69.
Install the extension, connect LinkedIn, then open any search and click to import the people you want. Choose a sequence such as invite, wait, message, follow up, and Waalaxy works through the list at a steady pace while replies are pushed to your CRM or its separate Inbox add-on.
Freelancers, founders and small teams who have never run LinkedIn outreach before and want something that works on day one. Heavy users will feel the Pro invitation cap, and our Waalaxy review explains where the cheaper plan starts to pinch.

Best for: Small teams selling into Europe
Kaspr adds a contact panel to every LinkedIn profile. One click shows work emails and phone numbers, which makes it the quickest way to go from a name on LinkedIn to a real conversation.
Kaspr's whole product lives in its extension. Without paying you can reveal a modest batch of business emails and a handful of phone numbers every month; the $65 Starter seat removes the cap on business emails and covers 100 numbers, while the $99 Business seat gives twice as many numbers. Its own site leads on European coverage, so it shines for teams selling into the UK and the EU.
Add the extension, open a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator profile and press the Kaspr button. It shows the contact details it finds, saves the lead to a list and can push it to your CRM. It doesn't send messages, so it sits alongside an outreach tool rather than replacing one.
Sellers who prefer calling or emailing over LinkedIn messages, especially in Europe. Run the free plan against a few real prospects in your market before upgrading.

Best for: HubSpot and Salesforce users who sell on LinkedIn
Hublead connects LinkedIn to HubSpot and Salesforce inside the browser. You see CRM details on each profile, import people with a click and log conversations, so your pipeline stays complete without manual entry.
The free Starter plan has no user limit and shows HubSpot data directly on LinkedIn profiles. Professional, at $40 a seat, adds unlimited imports of contacts and conversations plus 50 enrichment credits a month, and the Business and Scale tiers mainly raise the enrichment allowance.
Install the extension and sign in to your CRM. On any LinkedIn profile a side panel shows whether the person is already a contact, lets you create or update the record, and logs messages to the timeline. Bulk Sales Navigator exports and waterfall email enrichment sit on the paid plans.
Sales teams that already live in HubSpot or Salesforce and find their prospects on LinkedIn. If you don't use either CRM, there's little here for you.

Best for: Teams exporting verified emails from Sales Navigator
Wiza converts Sales Navigator results into ready-to-use contact sheets. Every address is verified live as you export, and invalid ones don't cost you anything.
Free accounts include 20 checked emails plus 5 numbers each month. Paying $49 per user lifts that to 100 emails and 100 numbers monthly, the Email plan gives 500 valid emails for $99, and Email + Phone adds 500 numbers for $199. Real-time verification is the reason to pick it over cheaper exporters.
Run a Sales Navigator search, open the Wiza extension and export the list. Wiza looks up each person's work email and number, confirms they're live, then sends the file to you or straight into a connected CRM.
Teams that build lists in Sales Navigator and care more about bounce rates than raw volume. Phone-heavy users may find it pricey.

Best for: Sales Navigator users who need clean CSV exports
Evaboot is the tidiest way to get Sales Navigator results out of LinkedIn. It exports a whole search with one click, cleans names and job titles automatically and finds verified emails.
Instead of charging per person, Evaboot charges for credits: $29 buys 400 a month, $49 buys 1,000 and $99 buys 3,000, and leftovers carry over while you stay subscribed. You'll need your own Sales Navigator licence, and it sticks to emails rather than phone numbers.
Once installed, an Export button shows up beside your Sales Navigator results. Evaboot pulls every profile, removes emojis and junk from names, flags people who don't match your filters and adds verified emails, ready for your outreach tool.
Anyone who already pays for Sales Navigator and wants clean lists for email campaigns without manual tidying.

We also looked at these. Here is why they are not on the list.

Octopus CRM is a low-cost extension that automates invitations, messages, profile visits and endorsements.
Why it didn't make the list
It advertises getting around LinkedIn's weekly invitation cap and claims to be risk-free, both of which sit badly with LinkedIn's rules.
Who might still like it: Individuals who want a very cheap tool for a few simple tasks and accept the account risk. Everyone else should start with our Octopus CRM alternatives.

Lusha is a well-known contact data extension with a free plan of 40 credits a month.
Why it didn't make the list
It overlaps with Kaspr and Wiza, and much of its newer value sits in paid platform features rather than the extension itself.
Who might still like it: Teams outside Europe who want to compare its data with Kaspr's before choosing.

Read our Lusha reviewA LinkedIn Chrome extension is a small add-on that sits in your browser and adds buttons, panels or automation to the LinkedIn pages you already use. Instead of copying a prospect's name into another app, you work from the profile itself.
The tools on this list split the job differently. Waalaxy runs outreach, Kaspr and Wiza find contact details, Evaboot cleans Sales Navigator exports and Hublead keeps your CRM in step with LinkedIn. Many teams use two of them together, one for data and one for outreach.
Extensions aren't the only option. Cloud platforms run outreach on remote servers so nothing depends on your laptop being open; our Aimfox outreach review covers the cloud approach we rate highest for sending campaigns.
It depends on what the extension does. Tools that read a profile and show you extra data carry little risk. Tools that click, visit or send on your behalf are the ones LinkedIn's rules target, and its help centre lists LinkedIn's prohibited software as a reason accounts get restricted.
If you automate outreach, keep daily volumes modest, write messages that read like a person wrote them, and stop if LinkedIn shows you a warning. LinkedIn also explains its stance on bots and scripts in LinkedIn's automation guidance, which is worth reading before you start.
Install extensions only from the official Chrome Web Store listing linked from the company's own website. Copycat listings with similar names do appear.
| Tool | Main job | Sends messages? | Free option |
|---|---|---|---|
| Waalaxy | Outreach sequences | Yes | 14-day trial |
| Kaspr | Emails and phone numbers | No | Free plan |
| Hublead | CRM sync | No | Free plan |
| Wiza | Verified Sales Navigator exports | No | Free plan |
| Evaboot | Clean Sales Navigator exports | No | Free sign-up |
If you only need contact details, a data extension is the safer and cheaper place to start, and our LinkedIn email finder rankings compare more of them. If you want replies on LinkedIn itself, you need an outreach tool (start with the LinkedIn automation tools we rank highest), and it's worth comparing several in our full list of LinkedIn automation reviews.
For a small sales team, a sensible setup is one data extension plus one outreach tool. Build a list in Sales Navigator, export it with Evaboot or Wiza for email, and run LinkedIn touches through an outreach platform.
If HubSpot is your CRM, add Hublead's free plan so everyone sees who is already a contact before they reach out. It prevents two colleagues pitching the same person, which is easy to do once several people prospect on LinkedIn.
Whatever you choose, keep the number of extensions small. Each one adds clutter to LinkedIn's pages, and overlapping tools make it harder to tell which one changed something.
Extensions fall into three camps: outreach (sending invites and messages), contact data (finding emails and numbers) and CRM sync (logging LinkedIn activity). Pick the job first, then the tool. Few extensions do all three well.
Data and CRM extensions mostly read what's on the page. Outreach extensions click and send for you, which is the kind of activity LinkedIn restricts. Read what each tool says about limits before you install it.
Most tools here offer a free plan or a trial with no card. Use it on real prospects in your market, because data coverage varies a lot by country and industry.
Several extensions charge per user, so a team of five pays five times the headline price. Credit-based tools like Evaboot can be cheaper for teams that share one Sales Navigator workflow.
Some features only work with Sales Navigator, and CRM sync only helps if you use the CRM it supports. Check both before paying.
We started wide. We listed the tools people use most for this job, then dropped any that have shut down or no longer do what they claim.
We checked each tool's own site. Features, limits and monthly prices come straight from the company, on the date shown at the top.
We read what users say. App store and review-site feedback helped us spot problems the sales pages leave out.
We scored and ranked them. Each score reflects how well the tool does the job, how safe it is for your account, and what it costs.
It depends on the job. For automated invitations and messages, Waalaxy is the easiest to start with. For emails and phone numbers, Kaspr is the quickest. For HubSpot or Salesforce users, Hublead keeps the CRM up to date.
Yes. Kaspr, Hublead and Wiza all have free plans, and Waalaxy offers a 14-day trial. Free plans have small monthly allowances, so they work best for testing data quality before you pay.
LinkedIn's User Agreement lets it restrict accounts that use software to automate activity or scrape data. Extensions that only display information carry far less risk than ones that send invitations and messages for you.
Not for every tool. Kaspr and Hublead work on standard LinkedIn profiles. Evaboot needs Sales Navigator, and Wiza's list exports are built around it.
Kaspr and Wiza both return phone numbers. Kaspr includes a few on its free plan and more on paid tiers, while Wiza's phone allowance depends on the plan you choose. Evaboot doesn't offer phone numbers.
We compared extension-based tools we've already reviewed on what they add to LinkedIn, their effect on your account, and their monthly prices from each official pricing page. You can read our review method for the full details.
