Aimfox review: features, pricing and verdict
Short version: Aimfox is the best LinkedIn outreach tool we've reviewed. It pairs flexible campaigns, including event attendees, group members and post engagers, with strong built-in safety and one inbox for every reply. A seat costs $49 a month, and there's a 14-day free trial with no card needed.
What is Aimfox?
Aimfox is a LinkedIn outreach and lead generation platform for sales teams, agencies and founders. You connect your LinkedIn profiles, choose who to reach, and Aimfox runs the connection requests, messages and follow-ups for you, while every reply lands in one inbox.
What sets it apart is the range of ways to build a lead list and how much care goes into protecting your account. It also offers rented LinkedIn profiles for teams that want to grow outreach beyond their own accounts, an option Aimfox builds right into its pricing.
How Aimfox works
Aimfox runs your LinkedIn outreach as a set of campaigns. Each campaign has a list of leads, a sequence of steps, and limits that keep the pace realistic.
Step 1: Connect your profile
Add your LinkedIn profile to the workspace without handing over your password. New profiles start with a warmup so activity builds up gradually.
Step 2: Pick your audience
Pull leads from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, from people who engaged with a post, from an event attendee list, from a group, or from your own uploaded list.
Step 3: Build the sequence
Combine profile views, connection requests, messages, reactions to posts, skill endorsements and free InMails to open profiles, with custom variables in every message.
Step 4: Let it run
Aimfox works through the list within weekly limits, sending at times that suit each lead's time zone, and can translate messages automatically.
Step 5: Reply and improve
Answer every response from the Unibox, tag and label leads, and use A/B tests and campaign analytics to see which messages get the most replies.
Who is Aimfox best for?
Aimfox suits anyone who books meetings through LinkedIn and wants that work to run on a schedule. Solo founders get a full outreach seat at a fair price, and teams and agencies get the shared inbox, white-label options and seat-based billing they need to grow.
A good fit if you
- Run LinkedIn outreach for yourself or a sales team
- Want campaigns built from events, groups or post engagers
- Need one inbox for replies across several profiles
- Manage outreach for clients as an agency
Skip it if you
- Only post content and never send outreach
- Want a tool that writes and schedules your posts
- Expect hundreds of invitations a day from one profile
- Prefer to do every connection request by hand
Why use Aimfox at all?
Manual LinkedIn outreach doesn't scale. Finding the right people, sending personalised invites, following up and keeping track of replies can take hours a day. Aimfox handles the repetitive parts on a steady schedule, so your time goes into conversations that might turn into meetings.
It also makes campaigns smarter. Personalised variables, AI message customisation, auto-translation and A/B testing help each message feel written for the person reading it. Our guide to planning social campaigns covers the thinking behind good timing and messaging.
For teams, the Unibox is a real time saver: one person can handle replies for several sales reps' profiles without logging in and out. Agencies get full white-label branding, so clients see your name, not Aimfox's. You can see how we judge every tool on our editorial policy page.
How we reviewed it
We built this Aimfox review from the tool's own website, pricing page and feature list, checked on October 15, 2026, and compared it with how other LinkedIn outreach tools handle safety, campaign types and pricing.

What we liked
Safety is built in
New profiles go through a warmup period, daily activity stays under hard-coded limits, and each account runs from a local IP address in its own country. Aimfox says its IP pool covers more than 70 countries.
Campaigns from real signals
Beyond LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches, you can target people who engaged with a post, attendees of a LinkedIn event, members of a group, or your own uploaded list.
One inbox for every profile
The Unibox brings every conversation from every connected profile into one inbox, where you can reply with text, voice notes, attachments or video.
What we didn't like
Some features need LinkedIn Premium
Adding a note to connection requests needs a LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator licence on the profile, and Sales Navigator campaigns need an active Sales Navigator subscription. That's a LinkedIn rule, but it adds to your total cost.
Rented profiles cost extra
Rented outreach profiles, which Aimfox calls avatars, are a separate plan from $387 a month. Most people won't need them, but teams that want to scale beyond their own profiles should budget for it.

Is Aimfox safe?
Aimfox takes account safety seriously. It doesn't ask for your LinkedIn password, it caps connection requests and message requests at weekly limits, and it warms up new profiles before running them at full speed. Activity is spread across your leads' time zones, so it looks like a person working normal hours.
Even so, LinkedIn's automation rules say third-party software that automates activity isn't allowed, so no outreach tool can promise zero risk. Aimfox's limits and local IPs keep that risk as low as we've seen, which is a big part of why it earns our top score.
Read LinkedIn's prohibited software page before you start, keep your weekly volumes modest, and let Aimfox's warmup run on any new profile.
Aimfox review: our verdict
Aimfox gets the balance right. It gives you more ways to find the right people than most rivals, keeps your account safer with warmup, limits and local IPs, and puts every reply in one place. At $49 a month per seat with a generous free trial, it's our top pick, and the first tool we'd point anyone to from our LinkedIn automation reviews.
