Email marketing tools

Email is still the one channel you own, so the tool you send it with matters. This hub covers all of it: email marketing platforms for newsletters and campaigns, automation and deliverability tools that keep you out of the spam folder, creator newsletter platforms like Kit and beehiiv, and outreach tools for cold email and follow-ups. We also keep our alternatives pages and head-to-head comparisons here, for when you're ready to switch. We review every tool the same way. Where we can, we pay for a plan and send real campaigns, then track what landed in the inbox and what didn't. Where a hands-on test isn't possible, we compare features, pricing, deliverability tools and what real users report, and every article says which method we used. Nobody pays to be listed, and every score is our own.

Questions we get about email marketing

What's the difference between email marketing and cold email tools?

Email marketing tools send newsletters and campaigns to people who signed up for your list. Cold email tools send one-to-one messages to people who haven't heard from you yet, with follow-ups and inbox rotation to protect deliverability. Most businesses need one or the other, not both.

How do you test email tools?

Where we can, we pay for a plan, send real campaigns and check what reached the inbox. When that isn't possible, we compare features, deliverability tools, pricing and what real users report, and each article says which method we used.

Why do my emails land in spam?

Usually because the sending domain isn't set up with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the list has old or invalid addresses, or too many emails go out too fast from a new domain. Fix the setup first, clean your list, and increase volume slowly.

Do brands pay to appear in this hub?

No. Nobody can pay for a place in this hub or for a better score, and we don't use affiliate links.
