Waalaxy review: features, pricing and verdict

4/5

Our score: 4/5

Recommended

Short version: Waalaxy is the easiest and cheapest way to try automated LinkedIn prospecting, from $19 a month with a 14-day trial and ready-made sequences. It's held back by reports of bugs, a low invitation cap on Pro and a paid inbox add-on. If you need stronger built-in safety, see Aimfox instead.

What is Waalaxy?

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn and email prospecting tool built for people who aren't outreach experts. It automates invitations, messages and follow-ups from ready-made sequences, and its higher plans add cold email and an email finder.

It's one of the most widely used LinkedIn prospecting tools, with more than 1,300 reviews on Trustpilot and a 4.8 out of 5 rating there. Users most often praise how easy it is to get started.

How Waalaxy works

Waalaxy combines a Chrome extension, which you use to grab prospects from LinkedIn, with a dashboard where you build and run campaigns. Higher plans add cold email to the same sequence.

Step 1: Install and connect

Add the Chrome extension and connect your LinkedIn account. Setup takes minutes, and Waalaxy guides you through it.

Step 2: Build prospect lists

Save prospects from LinkedIn searches straight into lists, or import your own.

Step 3: Pick a sequence

Start from a pre-built sequence of invitations, messages and follow-ups, or create your own, with timing kept within LinkedIn's limits.

Step 4: Add email

On Business, add cold email steps and use email finder credits to reach people who don't accept your invitation.

Step 5: Track and sync

See which campaigns get the most positive replies in the dashboard and push qualified conversations to your CRM.

Who is Waalaxy best for?

Waalaxy is a strong starting point for freelancers, founders and small teams who want to try automated prospecting without a big bill or a steep learning curve. Power users running complex, high-volume campaigns tend to outgrow it. If that's you, our Waalaxy alternatives list four tools we'd try instead.

A good fit if you

  • Are new to LinkedIn prospecting
  • Want a low monthly price to start
  • Like ready-made sequences you can launch quickly
  • Need verified emails alongside LinkedIn outreach

Skip it if you

  • Run very complex, multi-branch campaigns
  • Need flawless reliability for client work
  • Want a full shared inbox included in the price
  • Dislike browser-extension-based tools

Why use Waalaxy at all?

Waalaxy's main draw is accessibility. If you've never run automated outreach, pre-built sequences, a guided setup and a $19 entry price remove most of the barriers to getting started.

Its email side is a genuine plus on the Business plan. Waalaxy promises a match rate of more than 61% for verified professional emails, so you can reach prospects who don't use LinkedIn much.

If you'd rather run everything on your own machine, our Linked Helper review covers a powerful desktop alternative.

And if you want an older, CRM-friendly tool, Dux-Soup now offers both a desktop and a cloud version.

Think about how your needs might grow. The jump from 300 invitations a month on Pro to 800 on Advanced doubles the price, and adding email outreach means moving to Business, so the cheap entry price is mostly for getting started.

Support speed also depends on your plan. Pro users can expect replies within 48 hours, while Advanced users get answers within about four, so teams that rely on fast help should budget for the higher tier.

How we reviewed it

For this Waalaxy review we went through Waalaxy's own website and pricing page on October 16, 2026, switching the pricing to monthly billing so the figures match what you'd pay month to month.

We then read user feedback on independent review sites and our own earlier Waalaxy post, and compared the tool's limits, features and costs with other LinkedIn outreach software. Our scoring and testing page explains how each score out of 5 is built.

What we liked

Cheap to start

At $19 a month for Pro, Waalaxy is among the least expensive ways into LinkedIn automation, and every plan comes with a 14-day trial.

Very beginner-friendly

Pre-built sequences and a guided setup mean many users have their first campaign running within hours, which is why beginners like it so much.

LinkedIn plus email

Business adds cold email sequences and 500 email finder credits, so you can follow up with people who ignore LinkedIn invitations.

What we didn't like

Reports of bugs

Reviewers regularly mention campaign errors, crashes and things breaking after updates. For a tool you leave running on autopilot, that unpredictability is a real cost.

Limits on the cheapest plan

Pro is capped at 300 invitations a month, and the Inbox is a paid add-on rather than part of every plan. Heavier users need Advanced or Business, which narrows the price gap with rivals.

What we liked

  • Pro: From $19 a month, 14-day trial
  • Pro: Pre-built sequences, quick setup
  • Pro: LinkedIn plus email on Business

What we didn't like

  • Con: Users report bugs
  • Con: 300 invites a month on Pro

The Inbox is a separate add-on. Live chat support replies within 48 hours on Pro and within 4 hours on Advanced, with priority support on Business.

Is Waalaxy safe?

Waalaxy keeps its plans within monthly invitation caps, 300 or 800 depending on the plan, and spaces activity with human-like timing. Those caps are a useful brake for beginners who don't yet know how much LinkedIn will tolerate.

Like every tool in this category, though, it operates against LinkedIn's automation stance, which doesn't allow third-party automation. Because Waalaxy works through a browser extension, it's also worth checking exactly what permissions it asks for before you install it.

Read LinkedIn's banned software page, start on the lower invitation cap, and raise volume slowly.

Waalaxy review: our verdict

Waalaxy makes LinkedIn prospecting approachable: cheap to start, quick to set up and friendly for people who've never automated outreach before. Its weak points are reliability and how quickly you outgrow the entry plan. Beginners should try it; anyone running outreach seriously should look at the tools leading our LinkedIn tool reviews.

LinkedIn reviews

I review LinkedIn automation and outreach tools. I care about two things: whether a tool actually gets you replies, and whether it keeps your account safe. If a tool pushes LinkedIn's limits, I'll tell you plainly.
