TOP LIST · LINKEDIN AUTOMATION
A LinkedIn profile tells you who to contact but rarely how. These tools fill that gap with verified work emails, and often phone numbers, for anyone you track down on LinkedIn or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. We compared eight of them on data quality, verification, credit rules and real monthly cost, and ranked the five most worth paying for.

Best for: Teams exporting verified emails from Sales Navigator
Wiza is the safest bet when bounce rates matter. It verifies each address in real time at the moment you request it, so a list you export today reflects today's data, not a snapshot from months ago.
LinkedIn and Sales Navigator are Wiza's home turf. According to its site it can reach 850M+ contacts with 40-plus fields each, from business and private addresses to direct and mobile lines. You can try it with 20 valid emails and 5 numbers for free, and Starter is $49 per user each month for 100 of each. Our Wiza review covers every plan in detail.
You install the Chrome extension, open a profile or a Sales Navigator search, and ask Wiza to find contact details. It checks each email live before returning it. You can also export a whole search as a list, then send the results to your CRM through its integrations.
Sales teams that run outbound from Sales Navigator and care more about clean, deliverable lists than about the size of the database.

Best for: Small teams selling into Europe
Kaspr is the quickest way to grab a contact while you're browsing LinkedIn. A single click on a profile shows emails and phone numbers, and its coverage of European numbers is a real strength.
Kaspr lives mainly inside a LinkedIn Chrome extension. Kaspr's site puts its data at over half a billion verified numbers and addresses, checked live across 150-plus sources. Free accounts get 15 email credits and 5 phone credits each month. At $65 per user, Starter lifts the cap on business emails and adds 100 phone credits. Phone credits are the limiting factor, so heavy callers should look closely at the Business plan, which our Kaspr review breaks down.
With the extension installed, a Kaspr panel appears on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite profiles. You reveal the details you need, and credits are taken per data type: emails, direct emails and phone numbers each have their own allowance.
Small sales teams and recruiters whose prospects are mostly in Europe and who like to work profile by profile rather than in bulk.

Best for: Sales Navigator users who need clean CSV exports
If your prospecting starts and ends in Sales Navigator, Evaboot is the most efficient way to get from a search to a usable spreadsheet. It cleans names and company data as it exports, then finds and verifies emails.
Evaboot plugs into Sales Navigator through your browser. It exports search results and lead lists to CSV, cleans up messy fields such as job titles and company names, and adds a found and verified email for each lead. The entry tier is $29 for 400 credits each month, with leftovers carried forward while you subscribe. You'll need Sales Navigator, and phone numbers aren't part of what it returns.
You run a search in Sales Navigator, click the Evaboot button and choose what to export. Evaboot pulls the leads, tidies the data and runs its email finder and verifier. One credit is used per lead, even when no email is found, so it pays to filter your search well first.
Sales Navigator users who build lists in bulk and want them clean enough to drop straight into an email tool.

Best for: Sales teams that need verified B2B emails and phone numbers
UpLead sits a step away from LinkedIn itself. Instead of reading profiles, it gives you a large verified database with precise filters, backed by a 95% data accuracy guarantee.
UpLead's catalogue holds more than 200 million leads, and it checks each email as you search so you know whether it's likely to land. One user on Essentials pays $99 monthly for 170 credits; Plus doubles the price to $199 and raises the allowance to 400 credits, adding enrichment and email pattern insights. Team seats are only on the custom Professional plan. Our UpLead review explains where its credits go fastest.
You search the database by company, role, location, technology and more than 50 other filters, then reveal the contacts you want. There's also a Chrome extension for looking people up while you browse, and integrations to push records into your CRM.
Teams that value accuracy over volume and want verified emails and mobile numbers without relying on a Sales Navigator seat.
Price from $99/month

Best for: Reps who want contact details while browsing LinkedIn
Lusha is the easiest tool here to start with. Its extension is simple, and the free plan gives you 40 credits a month with no card. Users do report that some regional data can be out of date.
Lusha is aimed at salespeople, marketers and recruiters alike. Its extension surfaces emails and numbers right on a LinkedIn profile, drawing on a pool of 515M+ contacts. Paying moves you to 400 monthly credits for $49.90, or to 600 credits with two included seats and API access for $69.90. Credits can run out quickly if you reveal phone numbers often.
You add the extension, open a profile and reveal the email or phone number you need. Larger teams can also enrich CSV files in bulk, use lookalike suggestions and connect the API to their own systems.
Individual reps who want contact details while browsing LinkedIn and would like to try a tool properly before paying.

A LinkedIn email finder takes a person you've found on LinkedIn and returns a way to reach them outside it, usually a work email and sometimes a direct phone number. LinkedIn messages are limited and easy to ignore, so most outbound teams want a second channel.
Most of these tools work as a LinkedIn Chrome extension that adds a panel to LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. Behind the panel sits either a large contact database, live lookups across many sources, or both. The best ones check each address before you use it.
Once you have the emails, you still need a way to reach people on LinkedIn itself. Our Aimfox review covers the LinkedIn outreach tool we rate highest, which works well alongside any of the finders below.
A huge database sounds impressive, but what counts is how many emails actually arrive. Every bounce hurts your sender reputation with Gmail and other inboxes, and a high bounce rate can push your future emails into spam even when the address is right.
That's why real-time verification is the feature to look for. Wiza validates each address on the spot, UpLead verifies as you search and backs it with a 95% accuracy guarantee, and Evaboot runs its own verifier after export.
| Tool | When emails are checked | What you pay for |
|---|---|---|
| Wiza | Live, at request time | Valid emails only |
| Kaspr | Live across 150+ sources | Per data type revealed |
| Evaboot | After export, by its verifier | Per lead exported |
| UpLead | As you search | Per contact revealed |
| Lusha | From its database | Per contact revealed |
Entry prices on this list run from free plans to $99 a month. Wiza, Kaspr and Lusha all have free plans with small monthly allowances, which is enough to judge data quality on your own prospects before paying.
| Tool | Free plan | First paid plan |
|---|---|---|
| Wiza | 20 valid emails | $49 a user a month |
| Kaspr | 15 email credits | $65 a user a month |
| Evaboot | None | $29 a month, 400 credits |
| UpLead | 7-day trial | $99 a month, 170 credits |
| Lusha | 40 credits a month | $49.90 a month |
The cheapest plan isn't always the cheapest per contact. Evaboot spends a credit per exported lead, while Wiza only spends credits on emails that pass verification, so compare how many usable contacts each plan really gives you.
Email finders that read data from LinkedIn pages sit in a grey area. LinkedIn's prohibited software page says it doesn't allow third-party tools that scrape or automate its site, so use these extensions at a sensible pace and keep your account's activity natural.
If you contact people in Europe, data protection law applies to the emails you collect. A plain summary of what GDPR requires is worth reading before you start cold outreach, especially around having a lawful reason to email someone and honouring opt-outs.
Only collect the contacts you plan to use, keep a record of where each one came from, and remove people who ask you to stop.
A typical workflow has three steps: build a targeted list on LinkedIn, find and verify contact details, then reach out on more than one channel. Email finders handle the middle step, and the other steps need their own tools, such as the cold email tools we ranked.
For the outreach step on LinkedIn, see our ranking of the best automation tools, which compares tools that send connection requests and follow-ups for you.
If you need company-level data as well as individual contacts, our list of B2B data providers covers broader databases with firmographics and intent signals.
If every list starts in Sales Navigator, an exporter like Evaboot or Wiza saves the most time. If you look people up one by one while browsing, a one-click extension such as Kaspr or Lusha fits better.
Some tools charge only for valid emails, others charge per lead whether an email is found or not, and phone numbers usually cost extra. Work out your cost per usable contact, not per credit.
Emails go stale as people change jobs. Tools that verify at the moment you request a contact give you fewer bounces than tools that serve stored records.
Email-only tools are cheaper. If your team calls prospects, compare phone allowances, because that's where plans differ most.
Per-user pricing adds up fast for a team. Evaboot's unlimited seats and Lusha's free seats on higher plans can make a big difference once three or more people prospect.
We started wide. We listed the tools people use most for this job, then dropped any that have shut down or no longer do what they claim.
We checked each tool's own site. Features, limits and monthly prices come straight from the company, on the date shown at the top.
We read what users say. App store and review-site feedback helped us spot problems the sales pages leave out.
We scored and ranked them. Each score reflects how well the tool does the job, how safe it is for your account, and what it costs.
Wiza is our top pick because it validates every address live and only charges for the ones that pass. Kaspr is the better choice for European phone numbers, and Evaboot is best for exporting Sales Navigator lists.
Wiza, Kaspr and Lusha all have free plans with small monthly allowances. Lusha's is the most generous at 40 credits a month, and none of the three needs a card to start.
Wiza, Kaspr and Lusha work on regular LinkedIn profiles. Evaboot needs a Sales Navigator seat, and UpLead doesn't depend on LinkedIn at all because it searches its own database.
Finding a business email is generally allowed, but how you use it is regulated. In Europe, EU data protection law (GDPR) applies to cold outreach. LinkedIn's own rules also restrict third-party tools that scrape its pages.
It varies by tool and region. Tools that verify emails in real time, like Wiza and UpLead, give you the fewest bounces. Users report that some regional data in larger databases can be out of date.
Yes. Kaspr, Wiza, UpLead and Lusha all return phone numbers, usually from a separate, smaller allowance than emails. Evaboot is email-only.
