The 5 best LinkedIn scrapers in 2026

LinkedIn scrapers do it for you, turning searches, lists and profiles into structured data you can filter, enrich and use. 1. Evaboot: best for Sales Navigator data

4/5

Best for: Sales Navigator users who need clean CSV exports

Evaboot is the cleanest way to turn a Sales Navigator search into a spreadsheet you can actually use. It tidies the messy parts of LinkedIn data automatically while it exports, so the file needs little work afterwards.

Overview

Evaboot exports Sales Navigator lead lists and searches with automatic data cleaning, then finds and verifies an email for each lead. Beyond exports you can upload LinkedIn URLs in bulk, call it by API or from AI agents over MCP, and connect it to Zapier or n8n. Pricing opens at $29 monthly for 400 credits that carry forward month to month, with no limit on seats. Our Evaboot review goes through its credit rules.

How Evaboot works

You build a search or lead list in Sales Navigator and click the Evaboot button in your browser. It collects the results in the background, cleans each field and returns a file ready to import. You can filter out leads that don't match before spending credits.

Who it is best for

Sales Navigator users who need large, tidy lead lists with emails for outbound campaigns.

What we liked

  • Pro: One-click Sales Navigator export
  • Pro: Automatic data cleaning
  • Pro: Credits roll over, unlimited seats

4/5

Best for: Growth teams that want flexible, ready-made scraping workflows

PhantomBuster is a toolkit rather than a single scraper. Its ready-made automations, called Phantoms, extract data from LinkedIn and more than 15 other platforms, and can chain into enrichment and AI-written messages.

Overview

PhantomBuster's plans are priced by automation slots and execution time. The free plan includes 5 slots, 2 hours of execution time and 50 email credits, with exports capped at 10 rows. On monthly billing, PhantomBuster's Start plan costs €69 a month for 20 hours of execution time, Grow costs €159 for 80 hours and Scale costs €439 for 300 hours. Every plan includes unlimited users, AI credits and an MCP server for tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.

How PhantomBuster works

You pick a Phantom, such as one that extracts a search, a post's engagers or a list of profiles, connect it to your account and set a schedule. Results land in a table you can enrich, export or pass to the next automation in a workflow.

Who it is best for

Growth and operations teams that want flexible scraping across several platforms, not just a single LinkedIn export.

3. Wiza: best for live-verified lists

Best for: Teams exporting verified emails from Sales Navigator

Wiza combines a Sales Navigator exporter with real-time contact verification. You get the list and the emails in one pass, and you only pay for emails that are valid.

Overview

Wiza draws on a pool of 850M+ contacts and attaches dozens of fields to each scraped profile, phone lines included. A free account covers 20 valid emails; Starter is $49 per user, and the Email tier gives 500 valid emails for $99 per user each month. Because it verifies at the moment of export, lists stay fresh.

How Wiza works

Start an export from the Wiza extension while viewing a Sales Navigator search or saved list. Wiza collects the profiles, finds and verifies contact details for each one, and returns a spreadsheet or syncs straight to your CRM.

Who it is best for

Teams who want scraped LinkedIn lists to arrive with verified emails, without a separate enrichment step.

What we liked

  • Pro: Verifies data at the moment you request it
  • Pro: Only pay for valid emails
  • Pro: Clean Sales Navigator exports

What we didn't like

  • Con: Built around LinkedIn sources

4. TexAu: best for enrichment pipelines

3.5/5

Best for: Outbound teams building enriched lead lists

TexAu used to be known as a LinkedIn automation tool. Today it's a lead data and enrichment platform that searches, enriches, verifies and syncs leads in one table, with credits only charged for successful lookups.

Price to start

Overview

TexAu's Solo plan costs $99 a month for 2,500 credits with email verification, waterfall enrichment across many B2B data providers, AI scoring and daily CRM sync. Starter costs $249 a month with credit rollover, and Teams costs $649 a month with hourly two-way CRM sync and intent alerts. Older reviews describe it as a LinkedIn bot, but the current product focuses on data. Our TexAu review explains the change.

How TexAu works

You bring in leads from a search or a file, then let TexAu enrich them across several providers in turn until it finds the data. A plain-English Co-Pilot can build workflows for you, and results sync to your CRM on a schedule.

Who it is best for

Outbound teams that want to turn rough lists into enriched, scored leads automatically.

What we liked

  • Pro: Only successful lookups cost credits
  • Pro: Search, enrich, verify and sync in one table

5. Linked Helper: best for low cost

3.5/5

Best for: Hands-on power users and data-minded recruiters

Linked Helper is desktop software that can scrape and enrich LinkedIn profile and company data as part of a wider automation toolkit. It's the cheapest option here, but it asks more of you during setup.

Price to start
$15
Runs on
Your computer
Includes
Built-in CRM

Overview

Linked Helper runs on your own computer rather than in the cloud. Next to its invitation and messaging features, it gathers and enriches profile and company details, looks up emails and stores the lot in its own CRM. Local-storage Standard is $15 monthly, the cloud version $29.90, and Pro with cloud storage costs $59.90 a month with more AI and data credits. Our Linked Helper review covers the setup in detail.

How Linked Helper works

You install the app, sign in to LinkedIn through it and build a campaign that visits profiles from a search or list. Linked Helper collects the data it finds into its CRM, from where you can export it or use it in outreach.

Who it is best for

Hands-on users who are comfortable with desktop software and want scraping plus automation at a low price.

What we liked

  • Pro: 30+ actions and data enrichment
  • Pro: From $15 a month
  • Pro: AI drafts you approve first

What we didn't like

  • Con: Desktop software to run yourself

What is a LinkedIn scraper?

A LinkedIn scraper collects information from LinkedIn pages and saves it as structured data, such as names, job titles, companies, locations and profile links. It saves you from copying search results by hand into a spreadsheet.

Most scrapers today do more than copy. They clean the data, find and verify emails, and send the results to your CRM or outreach tools. If emails are your main goal, compare them with dedicated LinkedIn email finders, which focus on contact accuracy.

What each scraper can extract

Scrapers differ most in where they can pull data from. Some only read Sales Navigator, while others can extract from regular searches, posts and other platforms too.

Data sources by tool
ToolMain sourceAdds emails?
EvabootSales Navigator searches and listsYes, verified
PhantomBusterLinkedIn plus 15+ platformsYes, email credits
WizaSales Navigator and profilesYes, verified live
TexAuSearches and imported listsYes, waterfall enrichment
Linked HelperLinkedIn searches and profilesYes, email finder

If you only need a handful of contacts, a scraper is overkill and a one-click LinkedIn extension does the job. Scrapers pay off once you're building lists of hundreds of leads a month.

LinkedIn's rules on scraping and automation

LinkedIn doesn't allow scraping. Its page on prohibited software and extensions says third-party tools that scrape or automate activity on the site break its User Agreement, and accounts using them can be restricted.

LinkedIn also explains its stance on automated activity on LinkedIn, which covers tools that act on your behalf. Every scraper on this list carries some risk, and the safest way to use one is slowly and within sensible daily limits.

Never scrape with an account you can't afford to lose. Spread large exports over several days and avoid running several tools on the same account at once.

What LinkedIn scrapers cost

Pricing models vary a lot. Evaboot charges per lead exported, Wiza charges only for valid emails, TexAu charges for successful lookups, PhantomBuster charges by execution time, and Linked Helper charges a flat monthly licence.

Entry prices per month (checked October 16, 2026)

EvabootFree sign-up$29 a month
PhantomBusterFree plan, 10-row exports€69 a month
WizaFree plan, 20 valid emails$49 per user monthly
TexAu50 free credits$99 a month
Linked HelperFree trial$15 a month

Remember to add the cost of Sales Navigator if your scraper needs it. For teams already paying for Sales Navigator, Evaboot is often the cheapest way to get clean lists out of it.

From scraped list to conversation

A list is only the start. Once you have leads, you need to reach them with one of the LinkedIn outreach tools we ranked, and on LinkedIn that usually means connection requests and follow-up messages sent at a safe pace.

Aimfox is the outreach tool we rate highest for that step. It can build campaigns from post engagers, event attendees and group members without a separate scraper, and our Aimfox review explains how its safety limits work.

How to choose a LinkedIn scraper

Decide what you need to extract

Search results and lead lists are the most common job. If you also need post engagers, group members or data from other platforms, a flexible toolkit like PhantomBuster covers more ground.

Check whether you need Sales Navigator

Evaboot and Wiza work from Sales Navigator, which costs extra. Linked Helper and PhantomBuster can also work from regular LinkedIn searches.

Look at data cleaning

Raw LinkedIn data is messy. Tools that clean names, titles and company names as they export save hours of spreadsheet work before an outreach campaign.

Think about where it runs

Cloud tools run without your computer being on. Desktop tools like Linked Helper keep data on your machine but need it running during campaigns.

Keep volumes sensible

Pulling thousands of profiles in a burst is the quickest way to draw LinkedIn's attention. Choose a tool that lets you pace extraction and spread it over time.

How we ranked these tools

  1. We started wide. We listed the tools people use most for this job, then dropped any that have shut down or no longer do what they claim.

  2. We checked each tool's own site. Features, limits and monthly prices come straight from the company, on the date shown at the top.

  3. We read what users say. App store and review-site feedback helped us spot problems the sales pages leave out.

  4. We scored and ranked them. Each score reflects how well the tool does the job, how safe it is for your account, and what it costs.

FAQ

What is the best LinkedIn scraper?

We rank Evaboot first since it exports Sales Navigator searches with cleaned data and verified emails from $29 a month. PhantomBuster is better if you need to extract from more sources than Sales Navigator.

Is scraping LinkedIn legal?

Scraping public data is a legal grey area, but it breaks LinkedIn's User Agreement, so LinkedIn can restrict accounts that use scrapers. Data protection law such as GDPR also applies to how you use what you collect.

Can I scrape LinkedIn without Sales Navigator?

Yes. PhantomBuster and Linked Helper can work from regular LinkedIn searches and profiles. Evaboot and Wiza are built around Sales Navigator.

Will my LinkedIn account get banned for scraping?

It can be restricted, especially if you pull large volumes quickly. Keep exports small and spread out, and don't use an account you can't afford to lose.

Is there a free LinkedIn scraper?

PhantomBuster has a free plan, but exports are limited to 10 rows. Wiza's free plan includes 20 valid emails, and TexAu gives 50 free credits to try it.

What data can a LinkedIn scraper collect?

Typically names, job titles, companies, locations and profile links, plus emails and phone numbers if the tool includes enrichment. Some can also collect post engagers and group members.

LinkedIn reviews

I review LinkedIn automation and outreach tools. I care about two things: whether a tool actually gets you replies, and whether it keeps your account safe. If a tool pushes LinkedIn's limits, I'll tell you plainly.
