Kaspr review: features, pricing and verdict

4/5

Our score: 4/5

Recommended

Short version: Kaspr is a simple LinkedIn extension that reveals phone numbers and emails in one click, with especially good European coverage and a free plan. Phone credits are capped, and it's weaker outside Europe. To turn those contacts into conversations, see our Aimfox review.

What is Kaspr?

Kaspr is a B2B contact data tool that lives mainly in a LinkedIn Chrome extension. In this Kaspr review we cover what it finds, how its credits work and where its data is strongest.

Its site says it holds more than 500 million verified phone numbers and email addresses, with real-time checks across over 150 sources, and that it needs no onboarding to start.

How Kaspr works

Kaspr adds a panel to LinkedIn profiles. One click looks up the person's contact details, and everything you find is stored in a dashboard you can sync to your CRM.

Step 1: Install and sign up

Create a free account and add the Kaspr Chrome extension. No onboarding is needed.

Step 2: Open a profile

Visit a profile on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite and open the Kaspr panel.

Step 3: Reveal contact data

Reveal the email and phone number. Emails are unlimited on paid plans; phone and direct-email lookups use credits.

Step 4: Enrich in bulk

Upload a CSV of LinkedIn URLs to enrich many leads at once.

Step 5: Sync your leads

Send leads to your CRM or sales tools, or use the API on higher plans.

Who is Kaspr best for?

Kaspr is a strong pick for individual reps, founders and recruiters who prospect on LinkedIn and need reliable European contact data quickly, without learning a complex platform.

The credit system is simple once you know the three types. B2B emails are unlimited on paid plans, while phone numbers and direct emails each draw on their own monthly credits. Most teams lean on emails for everyday prospecting and save phone credits for the deals worth a call.

Kaspr is also easy to share across a small team. Credits are pooled for everyone on the account, and team usage reports on Starter and above show who is using what. That makes it practical for a founder and two reps to work from one subscription without anyone running dry.

Coverage is the one thing to test before you commit. Kaspr is upfront that it leads on European data, so a team selling mainly into the United States should run the free plan against real prospects first. Our editorial policy page explains why we stick to each tool's own claims and what users report.

If you'd rather reveal contact details from a large global database instead, Lusha's contact finder is the obvious comparison, though its users report more mixed accuracy.

A good fit if you

  • Sell or recruit mostly in Europe
  • Want phone numbers and emails in one click on LinkedIn
  • Need unlimited work emails on a paid plan
  • Like a tool that works without onboarding

Skip it if you

  • Mostly target North America or Asia
  • Need hundreds of phone numbers every month
  • Want outreach sequences on LinkedIn itself
  • Want one flat price with no credit types

Why use Kaspr at all?

Cold calling and personal emails still book meetings, but only if you can reach the person. Kaspr turns a LinkedIn profile into a phone number and email in seconds, which saves reps hours of searching each week.

It's also quick to roll out. There's no setup project: install the extension, open a profile and start revealing data.

Kaspr also covers recruiters well. The Business plan works on top of LinkedIn Recruiter Lite as well as Sales Navigator, so talent teams can pull candidate contact details from the same panel they use for searching. Combined with shared credits and usage reports, that makes it a practical choice for small agencies that both sell and hire.

If you mostly export whole searches rather than single profiles, the Wiza review covers a tool built for that.

For Sales Navigator users who want clean CSV exports, Evaboot is another option worth comparing.

How we reviewed it

For this Kaspr review we used kaspr.io, including its pricing page in its default monthly view on October 16, 2026, and read what users say on independent review sites such as G2.

We compared Kaspr's plans, credit types and coverage with the other contact-data tools we cover, then scored it with our testing framework, which rates every tool out of 5.

What we liked

One click on LinkedIn

The extension sits right on LinkedIn profiles, so finding a number takes a click rather than a search across several tools.

Good European coverage

Kaspr is built around European data, and users frequently say its phone coverage there beats competitors.

Generous email allowance

Paid plans include unlimited B2B emails, and credits are shared across the whole team.

What we didn't like

Phone credits are capped

Emails are unlimited on paid plans, but phone numbers aren't: Starter includes 100 phone credits a month and Business 200. Teams that live on the phone may need add-on credits.

Strongest in Europe only

Kaspr's own site leads with European contact data. Reviewers who sell elsewhere report thinner coverage, so it suits Europe-focused teams best.

What we liked

  • Pro: One-click data on LinkedIn profiles
  • Pro: Strong European phone coverage
  • Pro: Unlimited B2B emails on paid plans

What we didn't like

  • Con: Phone credits are limited
  • Con: Less useful outside Europe

Is Kaspr safe?

Kaspr reads contact data for profiles you open; it never posts, connects or messages for you. It describes itself as GDPR aligned, which is worth checking against your own compliance needs if you contact people in Europe.

Any browser extension that works on LinkedIn sits in a grey area. Read LinkedIn's banned software list and avoid revealing huge numbers of profiles in a short time.

Keep your LinkedIn activity natural and review LinkedIn's automation stance before adding tools to your workflow.

Kaspr review: our verdict

Kaspr does one job well. If you prospect on LinkedIn and your buyers are mostly in Europe, it gets you reachable phone numbers and emails faster than almost anything else, and the free plan lets you prove it first. Watch the phone credit limits, and see how it fits next to the other LinkedIn automation tools in your stack.

I review LinkedIn automation and outreach tools. I care about two things: whether a tool actually gets you replies, and whether it keeps your account safe. If a tool pushes LinkedIn's limits, I'll tell you plainly.
