RecommendedShort version: Hublead connects LinkedIn to HubSpot and Salesforce, logging profiles and conversations in your CRM and enriching contacts with emails and phones. There's a free plan and paid seats from $40 a month. It doesn't send outreach itself, so many teams pair it with top outreach tool, Aimfox.
Hublead is a LinkedIn integration for HubSpot and Salesforce. It runs as a Chrome extension, so while you browse LinkedIn or Sales Navigator you can see CRM data, import people and companies, and log your messages without leaving the page.
It has grown into a wider prospecting platform, with a contact search, bulk Sales Navigator exports, team activity tracking and waterfall enrichment for emails and phone numbers. If you just need a cheap email finder, our LeadMine review covers a simpler option.
Hublead sits on top of LinkedIn in your browser and talks to your CRM in the background. You prospect as usual, and the records and conversations end up where your team can see them.
Add the Hublead extension to Chrome and connect it to your HubSpot or Salesforce account.
On any LinkedIn or Sales Navigator profile, Hublead shows whether the person is already in your CRM, and lets you create or link the contact in one click.
Invitations, acceptances and messages are logged on the contact's timeline, so anyone on the team can see the full conversation.
Find emails and phone numbers through a waterfall of five enrichment providers, from the LinkedIn profile or on a whole HubSpot list.
Look through a 200 million-plus contact index, pull Sales Navigator lists out in bulk, and push them into your CRM.
Hublead is built for sales teams that live in HubSpot, and increasingly Salesforce, but find their prospects on LinkedIn. If you copy profiles and conversations from one into the other by hand, it saves real time every week.
Sales reps lose hours every week copying LinkedIn details into the CRM, and conversations that only live in LinkedIn are invisible to the rest of the team. Hublead fixes both by syncing contacts and messages automatically.
Managers benefit too. With activity logged in HubSpot, you can see how many invitations went out, who replied and where deals started, without asking reps to fill in reports. If your reps also post content, Taplio helps them stay visible between conversations.
Because it works with any HubSpot plan, it's a practical upgrade for small teams that can't justify premium CRM and Sales Navigator licences just to connect the two. How we keep reviews impartial is set out in our editorial policy.
Our Hublead review rests on Hublead's site, its plans and its help articles as they stood on October 16, 2026, plus user accounts of setting it up and keeping records in sync.
We judged it on what a sales team actually needs from a LinkedIn to CRM bridge: reliable syncing, useful enrichment and fair per-seat pricing. You can read how we score tools in our testing method.
Messages and invitations are logged on the CRM timeline with dates, so managers and teammates see the whole relationship, not just what was typed into a notes field.
Hublead says it works with any HubSpot plan, including the free CRM, which makes it far more accessible than integrations that need premium HubSpot and LinkedIn licences.
Its enrichment checks five providers in turn and only writes a result once you accept it, so your CRM doesn't fill up with guesses.
Hublead is a bridge between LinkedIn and your CRM. Without HubSpot or Salesforce it has very little to offer, so it's not a standalone prospecting tool.
The Professional plan includes 50 enrichment credits per user each month. Teams that need emails and phone numbers for many leads will want Business or Scale.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | No user limit, see HubSpot data directly on LinkedIn profiles |
| Professional | $40/month per seat | Unlimited imports of contacts and conversations, 50 enrichment credits a month |
| Business | $80/month per seat | Everything in Professional, 500 enrichment credits a month |
| Scale | $140/month per seat | Everything in Business, 2,000 enrichment credits a month |
Prices are per seat on monthly billing. Paying yearly saves 20%, which brings Professional down to $32 a seat a month.
Enrichment credits are per user per month: 50 on Professional, 500 on Business and 2,000 on Scale. Enterprise plans with custom credits are priced on request.

Hublead works as an extension in your own browser, reading the LinkedIn pages you open and saving them to your CRM. It doesn't send connection requests or messages on its own, which keeps the risk much lower than with outreach bots.
Even so, LinkedIn is strict about browser add-ons. Its prohibited software list explains what isn't allowed, so it's worth a read before you install any extension that works with your profile.
Check LinkedIn's automation guidance and keep extensions to the ones your team actually uses.
