CASE FILE · INSTAGRAM GROWTH
Short version: Suparise is a $19-a-month desktop bot that follows, unfollows and likes for you. Our test turned up bot followers by the thousand: upwards of 13,000 within a month, with engagement sliding to 0.7% and hundreds leaving once we stopped. For AI-led growth with real people, see Kenji's AI targeting.
Suparise is Instagram automation software that runs on your own computer. It has one plan with every feature and says its clients gain between 100 and 1,000 followers a month.
It's the most traditional tool among all reviewed tools on our site: a follow/unfollow and auto-like bot, with proxy support for people running several accounts.
Suparise is a classic Instagram bot packaged as a desktop app. You choose targets, and the software follows, likes, views stories and later unfollows accounts from your own computer and internet connection, counting on some of those people to follow you back.
Download the app for Windows, macOS or Linux and start the 7-day trial without a card.
Log in with your Instagram username and password inside the app.
Choose usernames, hashtags and locations to target, and set block lists for accounts to avoid.
The bot auto-follows, auto-likes and mass-views stories, then unfollows people who don't follow back after a few days.
Suparise asks you to leave it running for a few hours every day and turn off deep sleep, or the automation stops.
Suparise is honest about one thing: it's a bot. It runs on your computer and follows, unfollows, likes and views stories automatically. The trouble is what came back. The followers it brought in behaved like bots too, and Instagram's rules aren't on your side.
The appeal is price and control. For $19 a month you get every feature and can tune targeting yourself, with no account manager in the way.
But what you get back matters more than what it costs. Suparise says clients gain 100 to 1,000 followers a month; we gained more than 13,000, and they didn't engage. Our Ampfluence review recorded the same kind of collapse in engagement.
On Trustpilot, Suparise has only three reviews and a 2.8 score, so there's little independent feedback to go on. Sup Growth was another service in our tests where a big follower jump came with falling engagement.
Growth that lasts comes from people who want to see your posts. The organic posting habits in our guide are free, and they're what real growth services build on.
We installed Suparise and left it running through a 30-day test across September and October 2026. Our test account began with 2,778 followers, and we didn't change how we posted.
Instagram Insights gave us a daily record of followers, engagement and reach. After switching the app off for good, we left it a fortnight before recounting.
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Followers | 2,778 | 16,315 |
| Engagement rate | 2.7% | 0.7% |
| Accounts reached (30 days) | 11,431 | 11,679 |
| Followers lost after we stopped (14 days) | – | 376 |
At $19 a month for every feature, it's cheaper than most services, and the 7-day trial doesn't need a card.
It's upfront that it's automation software, which is more honest than services that hide how they work.
Suparise promises "real, organic" growth, but our account picked up 13,537 followers over the month as engagement slipped from 2.7% to 0.7% and reach barely moved. Then 376 disappeared within a fortnight. Those followers acted like bot accounts: plenty of them, almost no reactions.
Its own help pages describe it as a bot that simulates human behaviour so Instagram won't detect it. That's automated activity on your account, and its terms say Suparise isn't liable if your account is blocked or banned.
Suparise's pricing page talks about a 30-day money-back guarantee, yet its terms say refunds are only given if you cancel within 48 hours of upgrading, and never after that.
The app only works while it's running on your computer. If your machine sleeps or shuts down, the automation stops.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Suparise | $19/month | Full desktop bot: auto-follow, auto-unfollow, auto-like, story viewer, targeting, proxies |
One plan includes everything: auto-follow, auto-unfollow, auto-like, mass story viewing, targeting, block lists and proxy settings. Extra accounts are discounted on request.
The 7-day trial needs no card. The pricing page mentions a 30-day money-back guarantee, but the terms limit refunds to cancellations within 48 hours of upgrading.

Suparise is automation by design: it follows, likes and unfollows from your account and tries to avoid Instagram's detection. Its terms state it isn't liable for any suspension, block or ban, and that keeping up with Instagram's rules is entirely your job.
Read Instagram's terms document before installing any bot. Follow/unfollow tools are the kind of activity platforms clamp down on, and a sudden rush of bot followers adds a second problem when Instagram clears them out.
If you've tried a bot like this, change your password and add two-factor security codes to your account.

Suparise is cheap, but cheap doesn't help when the result is bot followers: 13,537 new accounts, engagement down from 2.7% to 0.7% and 376 gone within two weeks. Add automation designed to dodge Instagram's detection, no liability for bans and a refund window of just 48 hours, and it's not worth the risk. Our top picks bring in real people who stay.
A follow/unfollow bot whose followers behaved like bots too. Choose Kenji instead.

Yes. Suparise is automation software, and the accounts it attracted looked like bots: 13,537 arrived within a month while our engagement rate dropped to 0.7% from 2.7%, and 376 went missing two weeks later.
One plan costs $19 a month and includes every feature. Extra accounts are available at a discount if you contact the company.

Only if you cancel within 48 hours of upgrading, according to its terms. After that, it won't issue refunds, even though its pricing page mentions a 30-day guarantee.
Kenji uses AI targeting with no desktop app, and the followers it found for us kept engaging. Kicksta is the pick for the most engaged followers overall.
