CASE FILE · INSTAGRAM GROWTH
Short version: Our test suggests Sup Growth brought in bot followers: the count climbed by over 14,000, far beyond the 300 to 900 a month it estimates, while engagement collapsed to 0.2% and 321 followers vanished within two weeks. It costs $119 a month after a 14-day trial. For real people who engage, start with our Kicksta review.
Sup Growth is a managed Instagram growth service that sells one main plan: a manager runs outreach from your account for a flat monthly fee, with a welcome DM sent to every new follower.
It markets itself on being human-powered, local and bot-free, and it claims to be the only agency with a 14-day free trial. We tested it against the same standards as every other Instagram growth service on our site.
On paper, Sup Growth is a person doing outreach on your behalf for about 60 hours a month. In practice you can't see who is behind each new follower, only the results, and ours pointed to an audience that never engages.
Pick the checkout for your region and add a card. Nothing is charged until day 15.
Choose your location, niche and competitor accounts, and give the team access details for your Instagram.
Your manager interacts with targeted users from your account and views their stories.
Each new follower gets a hand-sent welcome message, which can include an offer or link.
On day 15 the monthly fee is taken. You can cancel any time from the dashboard.
Sup Growth sells itself as a careful, human-run service for real, local followers. Our month with it looked nothing like that: the follower count exploded far past its own estimate, while engagement and reach went the wrong way.
Local businesses are its main target. The idea is that a manager finds people near you or in your niche, and the welcome DM turns some of them into customers.
That only works if the followers are people. Accounts that never react to your posts can't become customers, and they make your content look less appealing to Instagram. The steps in our guide to gaining genuine followers are a safer foundation.

So did Keesy, which leans on AI targeting rather than a human manager.
Sup Growth had a test account of ours for a 30-day stretch through September and October 2026. The profile started on 2,875 followers, and we kept posting exactly as we had been.
From Instagram Insights we recorded follower totals, engagement rate and 30-day reach each day. Two weeks after stopping the service, we compared the follower count again to see who had left.
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Followers | 2,875 | 16,914 |
| Engagement rate | 3.3% | 0.2% |
| Accounts reached (30 days) | 12,900 | 12,104 |
| Followers lost after we stopped (14 days) | – | 321 |
Fourteen days is longer than most trials in this space, and nothing is charged before day 15.
Prices for every region and add-on are published, so there's no sales call needed to find the cost.
Followers climbed from 2,875 to 16,914 in a month, yet engagement fell from 3.3% to 0.2% and accounts reached dropped. Then 321 followers disappeared within two weeks of stopping. The followers behaved like bots: lots of numbers, no interaction, and a quick fall-off as Instagram purged them.
Sup Growth's own pricing page estimates 300 to 900+ new followers a month and promises no bots and no fake followers. We gained more than 14,000. A jump that far beyond a service's own estimate, with engagement collapsing at the same time, doesn't look like real local people choosing to follow.
The money-back guarantee covers your first paid month only, once per account, and must be claimed within 30 days. After that, fees are non-refundable.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Growth (US and rest of world) | $119/month | Account manager, about 60 hours of manual work, targeting, story views, welcome DMs, dashboard |
| Content management add-on | $649/month | Content shot, edited and posted to Instagram and TikTok |
| Google Maps add-on | $549/month | Local search ranking work |
| Influencer campaigns add-on | $499/month | Influencer sourcing, booking and reporting |
Each Instagram account is a separate subscription, charged every month in the currency of your region. The 14-day free trial needs a card, and the first charge lands on day 15.
The money-back guarantee applies to your first paid month only, once per account, within 30 days. The site also shows a time-limited discount code, which isn't included above.

Sup Growth needs access to your Instagram account so its team can act from it, and its terms make you responsible for the access details you provide. Before sharing anything, switch on two-factor login protection and keep an eye on login alerts.
The larger risk is the audience it builds. Bot accounts that never engage pull your engagement rate down, and when Instagram removes fake accounts your follower count falls with them. Take a look at Instagram's own terms before letting any service act for you.
If your follower count jumps by thousands while likes and comments stay flat, those followers are almost certainly not real people.

Sup Growth talks about real, local followers and a human team, yet our results showed the classic signs of bot followers: a jump of more than 14,000, engagement down to 0.2%, falling reach and hundreds lost soon after we stopped. The long trial is nice, but it can't fix that. Our own brands attract genuine people who interact, so pick from the proven growth services we rank instead.
It promises no bots, yet its followers acted exactly like bot accounts. Upleap and Kicksta bring real people.
1.5/5It's a managed Instagram growth service. An account manager engages with targeted users from your account, views their stories and sends a welcome DM to each new follower, for one flat monthly price.
Our data says no. Followers jumped by over 14,000 while engagement fell to 0.2% and reach dropped, and 321 vanished within two weeks of stopping. Sup Growth says it uses no bots, but those are the signs of bot accounts that never engage.
The Growth plan is $119 a month in the US, £99 in the UK, €119 in Europe, A$169 in Australia and C$149 in Canada. Add-ons for content, Google Maps ranking and influencer campaigns cost $499 to $649 a month extra.
Yes, 14 days. You add a card at sign-up and the first payment is taken on day 15 unless you cancel from your dashboard before then.
Only under its 30-day money-back guarantee, which covers the first paid month once per account. Other fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
Upleap pairs you with a dedicated manager too, for $39 a month, and 96% of its new followers were still there after our test. Kicksta is the pick if engagement matters most.
