ALTERNATIVES · INSTAGRAM GROWTH
People usually try Suparise because it's cheap and promises growth on autopilot. Most leave once they see what the followers actually do, which in our test was very little.
A crowd of silent new followers drags the engagement rate down. Ours slid from 2.7% to 0.7% in a month.
Within a fortnight of switching it off, 376 of those followers had vanished, a classic sign of fake accounts being purged.
Suparise says it simulates human behaviour so Instagram won't notice. Instagram's terms page doesn't allow automated access, so that's a risk you carry alone.
The pricing page mentions a 30-day guarantee, but the terms only allow refunds within 48 hours of upgrading. Our Suparise review explains the difference.

Why pick it over Suparise?
Suparise is software that pretends to be you around the clock. Kicksta interacts with people who already follow accounts like yours, at a human pace, and in our test those people liked and commented on our posts.

Results. Suparise added 13,537 followers and dragged our engagement rate down to 0.7%. Kicksta added 248, and engagement climbed to 5.5%, the best figure in our whole test round.
What stayed. Two weeks after stopping, Suparise had lost 376 followers. Kicksta had lost 6. Followers who chose you tend to stay; bulk follows bought with automation don't.
Running it. Suparise only works while its app is open on your computer. Kicksta runs in the cloud, so your laptop can sleep and growth carries on.
Price. Kicksta costs $69 a month against Suparise's $19. The difference buys followers who interact rather than a bigger number that hurts your reach.

Why pick it over Suparise?
If the appeal of Suparise was letting software do the work, Kenji gives you that convenience without the risk. Its AI picks who to engage with, and the activity stays measured rather than mass-following thousands of strangers.

Hands-off. Kenji needs very little setup: you describe your account and its AI chooses targets. There's no app to keep open and no proxy settings to manage.
Engagement. Kenji nudged our smallest account's engagement up to 5.3%, from 4.2%. Under Suparise it fell from 2.7% to 0.7%.
Retention. Kenji's new followers mostly stayed: 8 left in the fortnight after we stopped, against 376 for Suparise.
Price. At $39 a month, Kenji costs a little more than Suparise but brings followers who react to your posts.

Why pick it over Suparise?
SocialFollow is free and password-free: follow ten people from its member network by hand, and a hundred members return the favour, so nothing automated ever touches your profile.

Cost. SocialFollow is free, with no paid tier at all. Suparise charges $19 a month for its desktop bot.
Safety. No login, no software, no proxies. You make each follow in your own Instagram app, which is about as low-risk as a growth method gets.
Follower quality. The members who follow you have posts and audiences of their own. Of 349 newcomers, just 2 had unfollowed a fortnight later.
Limits. SocialFollow won't push your reach the way targeted growth does. It's best for giving a young profile some social proof.

Support. Nitreo passes your setup to its success team, who adjust targets as results come in. Suparise leaves you alone with a desktop app.
Reach. Accounts reached roughly doubled with Nitreo, from 10,826 to 21,070. With Suparise, reach barely moved despite the flood of new followers.
Engagement. Our engagement rate rose from 2.6% to 4.1% under Nitreo. Under Suparise it sank to 0.7%.
Price. You can trial Nitreo free for a week; after that it's $39 monthly.

Yes. Suparise delivered bot followers in our test, and the price of that was an engagement rate that fell to 0.7%. Every month it keeps running, the gap between your follower count and the people who actually see your posts gets wider.
Move to Kicksta first: it gave us the highest engagement of any service and kept 98% of its new followers. If you want growth with even less effort, Kenji's AI does the targeting; if you want to spend nothing, SocialFollow is free; and if you'd like people steering things, Nitreo's team will. Our Kicksta review has the details.
Whatever you choose, give it a few weeks. Real followers arrive more slowly than a bot's, but they're the ones who stick around.
Suparise describes itself as a bot that simulates human behaviour. Software like that follows, unfollows and likes on a schedule, often at a volume no person would manage, and the followers it attracts are rarely interested in what you post.
A growth service works the other way round. It looks for people who already engage with accounts similar to yours and puts your profile in front of them, so the ones who follow have a reason to stay. Our Instagram bots list goes deeper on the difference.
| Service | Followers added | Engagement before → after | Lost in 14 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| Suparise | 13,537 | 2.7% → 0.7% | 376 |
| Kicksta | 248 | 4.1% → 5.5% | 6 |
| Kenji | 220 | 4.2% → 5.3% | 8 |
| SocialFollow | 349 | 3.2% → 3.4% | 2 |
| Nitreo | 679 | 2.6% → 4.1% | 17 |
Every alternative here added far fewer followers than Suparise. That's the point: each of them lifted engagement, while Suparise's huge number came with the steepest drop in interaction we recorded.
While you tidy up, switch on Instagram's two-step verification if it isn't already on. It's the simplest way to protect an account that has had a third-party app logged in.
We paid for every tool. We bought each plan with our own card, just like you would.
We ran each one for 30 days. On real accounts we actually run, one tool at a time.
We measured the results. New followers, how many stayed, safety, support and real cost.
We scored and ranked them. The order follows our score out of 5, nothing else.
Kicksta. Its followers interacted more than those from any rival in our test round, only 6 of them left afterwards, and it runs online rather than as a bot on your computer.
Yes. SocialFollow is free and needs no password: you swap ten follows for a hundred from real members. It won't boost reach much, but it's far safer than a desktop bot.
Suparise's $19 is hard to beat on price alone, but Kenji, Nitreo and Flock Social all start at $39 and bring followers who engage. Our cheap growth services list compares them.
It added more than 13,000 followers who rarely interacted. When a big share of your audience never reacts, Instagram shows each post to a smaller share of people, so your engagement rate falls.
Yes. Stop the Suparise app, change your Instagram password, then start your new service. Expect some of the followers Suparise added to drop off over the following weeks.
