CASE FILE · LINKEDIN AUTOMATION
Our score: 3.5/5
It dependsShort version: Salesloft is a polished revenue platform for established sales teams, combining cadences, call insights, deal management and forecasting. It doesn't publish prices, and it isn't a LinkedIn automation tool. For automated LinkedIn outreach, read our Aimfox review instead.
Salesloft calls itself a predictive revenue system. It's a platform for B2B sales organisations that brings together sales engagement, conversation intelligence, deal management, AI agents and forecasting.
It targets sales reps, managers, revenue operations and executives at mid-sized and large companies, with industry-specific solutions for sectors such as high tech, financial services and manufacturing, plus consulting help for implementation.
Salesloft gives each rep a daily list of what to do next and records the results. Managers see activity, calls and pipeline across the team in one place.
Reps build and work cadences, which are planned sequences of sales touches that Salesloft schedules and tracks.
Rhythm reads signals such as pricing page visits or product activity and tells reps which action to take next, inside their workflow.
Conversation intelligence records and analyses calls, so managers can coach and spot risks in deals.
Deal and forecasting tools, including Clari Forecast, give leaders a view of pipeline health and expected revenue.
Activity syncs to your CRM, and the Sales Navigator integration brings LinkedIn insight into Salesloft's company and person dashboards.
Salesloft is built for established sales organisations. It shines when managers want every rep following the same cadences, every call analysed and every deal forecast in one system.
It's less suited to companies that want to test outbound cheaply or grow mainly through LinkedIn. There's no self-serve sign-up, and its LinkedIn link is about insight inside Salesloft rather than reaching new people on LinkedIn itself.
For a big team, consistency is everything. Salesloft makes sure every rep follows the agreed cadence, that every call is captured, and that managers can see what's working without chasing spreadsheets.
Its signals and prioritisation features push the next best action to each rep, which can lift productivity across a large team. We explain how we judge claims like this on our how we review page.
For LinkedIn, Salesloft is a viewer rather than a doer. Sales Navigator data shows up inside Salesloft, but reaching people on LinkedIn still happens elsewhere. Our independence and ethics page covers how we compare tools that do different jobs.
Who should consider it? Sales leaders running teams of dozens of reps, with a defined process, a CRM already in place and the budget for an enterprise contract. For them, the gains come from consistency and visibility across hundreds of daily activities, not from any single feature. Smaller teams will usually be better served by a self-serve tool they can set up in an afternoon.
It's also worth being clear about what Salesloft replaces. It can take over the jobs of a sequencing tool, a call recorder and a forecasting spreadsheet, which helps justify its price for teams that would otherwise pay for all three. It doesn't replace a LinkedIn outreach tool, a contact database or your CRM, so plan your stack with that in mind.
If LinkedIn outreach is what you need, our LeadConnect review covers a tool built for that job.
Another LinkedIn-focused option worth comparing is Zopto (Zeekeo).
We wrote this Salesloft review from the company's own website, platform pages and integration pages, read on October 16, 2026, and compared what it offers with the LinkedIn outreach tools we've reviewed.
Because Salesloft doesn't publish prices, we also read independent reviews on Capterra and other directories to understand cost and day-to-day use. We only quote features and claims that appear on Salesloft's own site.
Cadences, call recording, deal tracking and forecasting live in one platform, which suits teams that want a single system of record for selling.
Rhythm turns buying signals into suggested next steps, so reps spend less time deciding what to do and more time doing it.
Reviewers praise the clean interface and how easily reps move between contacts, cadences and tasks.
Salesloft doesn't publish prices. You have to talk to sales, and industry write-ups put it at a premium level that rules out most small teams.
Its LinkedIn connection is an integration with Sales Navigator that brings LinkedIn insight into Salesloft, not a tool for running automated LinkedIn campaigns. If LinkedIn outreach is the goal, you'll still need something else.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Salesloft platform | Not published | Cadences, Rhythm, conversation intelligence, deals and analytics, quoted by sales |
| Forecasting add-ons | Not published | Clari Forecast and inspection tools for sales leaders, quoted by sales |
Salesloft doesn't list prices on its website. You book a call with its sales team, which tailors a quote to your products and team size.
Independent write-ups, such as Klenty's Salesloft pricing breakdown, describe Salesloft as a premium product, so smaller teams should expect a higher bill than self-serve outreach tools.
Prices checked October 16, 2026.
Salesloft isn't built to automate actions on LinkedIn accounts, so the account-restriction risks that come with LinkedIn automation tools largely don't apply. Its LinkedIn link is an integration that shows Sales Navigator information inside Salesloft.
If you add a separate LinkedIn automation tool alongside it, the usual limits apply: LinkedIn's automation help doesn't allow automated activity on your profile, and nor does the LinkedIn User Agreement.

Salesloft is a mature, well-designed platform that helps large teams run consistent cadences and forecast accurately. It's simply not a LinkedIn outreach tool, and its quote-only pricing puts it out of reach for many smaller businesses. If your goal is booking meetings through LinkedIn, Aimfox and the top LinkedIn automation reviews on our site are a far better match.
Excellent for big sales teams, wrong tool for LinkedIn outreach. Choose Aimfox for that.
It's a revenue platform for B2B sales teams. It combines sales cadences, conversation intelligence, deal management, AI-driven prioritisation and forecasting.
Salesloft doesn't publish its prices. You request a quote through its sales team, and the cost depends on the products and number of users.
It connects with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, so reps can see LinkedIn information from Salesloft's company and person views. It isn't designed to send automated LinkedIn invitations and messages.
A cadence is a planned series of sales touches, such as emails, calls and other tasks, that Salesloft schedules and tracks for each rep.
Salesloft doesn't advertise a self-serve free trial. New customers usually start with a demo from the sales team.
For LinkedIn outreach specifically, Aimfox. It's self-serve, costs $49 per seat each month, comes with a 14-day trial and runs LinkedIn campaigns with safety built in.
