CASE FILE · LINKEDIN AUTOMATION
Our score: 3/5
It dependsShort version: LeadConnect is a budget Chrome extension that sends LinkedIn invites and follow-ups and syncs everything to HubSpot. It's cheap and simple, but it lacks the safety features and lead sources of newer platforms. For a stronger all-round choice, read our Aimfox review.
This LeadConnect review looks at a Chrome extension for LinkedIn outreach. It automates connection requests with a personal note, then follows up with people who accept but haven't replied, and it stops as soon as someone answers.
Its standout feature is its HubSpot CRM link. Profiles and whole conversations can be pushed into the CRM with a click, and the site also mentions email finding through integrations such as Hunter.io and Anymailfinder.
LeadConnect works inside your browser. You build a list from a LinkedIn search, and the extension works through it at a steady pace, sending invites and follow-ups one at a time as if you were clicking yourself.
Pick your audience with a LinkedIn Basic or Sales Navigator search, or upload a CSV of profiles.
Write a connection note with placeholders such as first name and company name.
Add follow-ups that go out a set number of days after someone accepts. A reply stops the sequence automatically.
Push profiles and the full message history to HubSpot with a click, or automatically when an invite is accepted.
Reports show how many requests went out and how many were accepted, and a shared blacklist stops teammates contacting the same person.
LeadConnect suits solo sellers and small teams who live in HubSpot and want simple, steady LinkedIn sequences. It's a budget tool with a narrow focus, and it does that focused job reasonably well.
Manual LinkedIn outreach is slow: sending invites one at a time, remembering who to chase and copying details into a CRM. LeadConnect takes over that routine for a low monthly price.
It's at its best for HubSpot users, because every accepted invite and message can land in the CRM automatically. That's the main reason to choose it over similar extensions.
LeadConnect also connects to email-finding services such as Find That Lead, Hunter.io and Anymailfinder, so you can look up a business email from inside LinkedIn and send it straight to HubSpot. For teams that already pay for one of those services, that saves a lot of copying between tabs.
Other CRMs are covered through Zapier's app connections, including Pipedrive, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign and Zoho CRM. That keeps LeadConnect usable outside HubSpot, though the direct HubSpot sync remains its strongest feature and the main reason to pick it.
Pending invitations can also be withdrawn automatically, which helps keep your list of outstanding requests short. A tidy list matters, because LinkedIn can limit accounts that leave too many invitations unanswered.
Outreach tools change fast, though. Newer platforms such as Salee (Linxa) run in the cloud and add AI-written messages that LeadConnect doesn't offer.
Before you commit to any tool, it helps to know how we judge them. Our page on testing and scoring explains what we look for.
How these reviews are written and kept up to date is set out in our editorial policy.
If you're weighing up cloud-based tools as well, our Zopto (Zeekeo) review covers one that recently changed its name and pricing.
This review is based on LeadConnect's own website, including its feature, pricing and terms pages, read on October 16, 2026.
We didn't run a LinkedIn test account with it. Prices come only from the LeadConnect pricing page, and every feature claim below comes from the company's own descriptions.
Prospects and every LinkedIn message can be logged in HubSpot without paying for a separate connector, which saves a step for HubSpot users.
A free plan and paid tiers from $25.95 a month make it one of the cheaper ways to try LinkedIn sequences.
A team blacklist and sync stop two colleagues from approaching the same lead in the same campaign.
LeadConnect runs as a Chrome extension. It mostly covers invites, follow-ups and a HubSpot sync, without the account warmup, IP handling and campaign sources that newer platforms offer.
Its own pages don't agree on limits: the homepage mentions up to 6 follow-ups per person, while the features page says up to 10. Small inconsistencies like this make it harder to know what you're buying.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free Forever | $0/month | Up to 2 invites and 6 message credits a day, 5 templates |
| Professional | $25.95/month | Up to 30 invites and 90 message credits a day, 10 templates |
| Grow | $45.95/month | Up to 60 invites and 180 message credits a day, 30 templates |
| Ultimate | $85.95/month | At most 100 invites and 300 messages daily, unlimited templates |
Prices shown are monthly billing. LeadConnect also offers quarterly billing at a lower monthly rate. Daily invite numbers can be capped lower by LinkedIn's own limits on your account.
LeadConnect recommends a Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Premium subscription alongside it, which LinkedIn charges for separately.
Prices checked October 16, 2026.
LeadConnect sends invites and follow-ups one by one rather than in bulk, which is gentler than some older bots. Even so, its footer states plainly that the extension isn't endorsed by LinkedIn, is distributed as is, and is used at your own risk.
Before you install any automation tool, read LinkedIn's automation policy. LinkedIn doesn't allow third-party software that automates activity on its site, so keep daily volumes modest whichever of the top LinkedIn automation tools you choose.
Check LinkedIn's banned software before installing any extension, and keep invites well below your account's weekly limit.

LeadConnect does a small job at a small price: steady invites, timed follow-ups and a genuinely useful HubSpot sync. It falls short on the things that matter more in 2026, like account warmup, firm safety limits and smarter ways to find leads. If HubSpot sync is all you need, it's worth a look. For everyone else, the tools ranked on our LinkedIn automation reviews page, led by Aimfox, are the better place to start.
A cheap, simple option for HubSpot users, but Aimfox is safer and far more capable.

No tool that automates LinkedIn is risk-free, because LinkedIn's terms don't allow it. LeadConnect sends actions one by one, but its own footer says you use it at your own risk.
From 2 invites a day on the free plan to up to 100 a day on Ultimate, though LinkedIn's own limits on your account can cap that lower.
Yes. You can build audiences from LinkedIn Basic searches, Sales Navigator searches or an uploaded CSV file.
For most teams, Aimfox, the first pick in our LeadConnect alternatives. It adds account warmup, hard weekly limits, local IPs, and it can find leads among event attendees, group members and people reacting to posts.
