MeetAlfred review: features, pricing and verdict

3/5

Our score: 3/5

It depends

Short version: MeetAlfred runs outreach across LinkedIn, email and X from one sequence, with group and event automation and an agency-friendly Teams plan. On monthly billing it's pricey at $59 to $99 a seat, and user reviews report more account restrictions than we'd like. For stronger built-in safety, compare Aimfox here.

What is MeetAlfred?

MeetAlfred is cloud software for multichannel outreach, used by agencies, recruiters, founders and sales teams. It automates LinkedIn invitations, messages and Premium InMails, and its higher plans add email and X to the same sequences.

It has a large user base: on Trustpilot it scores 4.4 out of 5 from more than 900 reviews. Ratings elsewhere are less generous, and its G2 score is lower than those of most established competitors.

How MeetAlfred works

MeetAlfred is a cloud-based outreach tool. You find leads, drop them into action sequences, and on higher plans those sequences can switch between LinkedIn, email and X depending on how each person responds.

Step 1: Find leads

Use the AI Lead Finder to search LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, then push the results into a campaign.

Step 2: Build sequences

Create action sequences of invitations, messages, InMails and follow-ups, and run several campaigns at the same time.

Step 3: Go multichannel

On Business and Teams, reach people through LinkedIn groups and events, and add email and X steps to the same sequence.

Step 4: Handle replies

Answer replies from the smart LinkedIn inbox, which teams can share as a collaborative inbox.

Step 5: Manage the pipeline

Track every lead in the built-in CRM and, on Teams, manage users, workspaces and white-label branding for clients.

Who is MeetAlfred best for?

MeetAlfred fits agencies and teams who want one place to run outreach across LinkedIn, email and X, with white-label options for client work. Solo users who only need LinkedIn will pay more than they need to.

A good fit if you

  • Want LinkedIn, email and X steps in one sequence
  • Run outreach for clients under your own brand
  • Need group and event automation on LinkedIn
  • Like a built-in CRM for tracking leads

Skip it if you

  • Only need simple LinkedIn invitations
  • Need one cheap seat for solo outreach
  • Want a team plan for just one or two people
  • Worry about reports of account restrictions

Why use MeetAlfred at all?

The best reason to choose MeetAlfred is reach beyond LinkedIn. If your prospects are active on email or X too, one sequence that moves between channels saves you juggling separate tools.

Agencies running LinkedIn outreach get real value from the Teams plan, with white-label branding, workspaces per client and a shared inbox, though the three-seat minimum means it isn't cheap.

If you're weighing it up, our Salesflow review looks at a sales-team-focused alternative.

And Skylead is another multichannel tool we've reviewed, if email and LinkedIn together matter most.

Before committing, check how much of the multichannel side you'll actually use. If your prospects rarely respond to email or X, you'll be paying Business prices for features that sit idle, and a LinkedIn-only tool from our LinkedIn automation tools ranking will be cheaper.

Annual billing changes the picture a lot. Paying yearly cuts the Individual plan from $59 to $35 a seat a month, so teams that are sure about MeetAlfred after the trial can save a significant amount by switching.

MeetAlfred also suits recruiters. Reaching candidates through groups and events they've joined, then following up by email if they don't accept on LinkedIn, is a practical way to fill hard-to-hire roles without spending every afternoon on manual messages. Just keep volumes modest so the account stays healthy.

How we reviewed it

This MeetAlfred review comes from the official MeetAlfred website and its pricing page, which we switched to monthly billing on October 16, 2026, combined with user feedback on independent review sites.

We also reread the MeetAlfred post on our old blog and compared it with other LinkedIn outreach software on channels, team features, price and reported account safety. Our rating method explained covers how each score out of 5 is worked out.

What we liked

True multichannel sequences

Business and Teams plans run one sequence across LinkedIn, email and X, so a lead who ignores an invitation can still hear from you elsewhere.

Group and event outreach

Group and event automation let you reach people through communities and webinars they've joined, not just search results.

Agency-ready Teams plan

Custom white-label branding, team workspaces and a collaborative inbox make it a practical choice for agencies.

What we didn't like

Pricey without annual billing

The Individual plan is $59 a month and Business $99 on monthly billing, while the Teams plan needs at least three seats at $79 each, so a small team starts at $237 a month.

Mixed reports on safety

Reviews on independent sites repeatedly mention LinkedIn accounts being restricted while using the tool, and its G2 rating sits lower than most established rivals.

What we liked

  • Pro: LinkedIn, email and X in one sequence
  • Pro: Group and event automation
  • Pro: White-label Teams plan

What we didn't like

  • Con: Pricey on monthly billing
  • Con: Users report account restrictions

Figures above are what one seat costs when you pay month to month. Annual billing saves up to 40%, bringing Individual to $35, Business to $59 and Teams to $47 per seat a month, paid yearly.

Teams needs at least three seats. An Unlimited plan for larger organisations is priced on request.

Is MeetAlfred safe?

MeetAlfred runs in the cloud and spreads actions across your campaigns, but it doesn't advertise the kind of hard weekly limits, warmup or dedicated local IPs that the safest tools put front and centre.

That matters because user reviews on independent sites frequently mention LinkedIn account restrictions, and LinkedIn's official guidance is clear that third-party automation isn't allowed. Keep volumes low and watch your account closely.

Check LinkedIn's prohibited apps page, start with small daily volumes, and pause campaigns at the first warning from LinkedIn.

MeetAlfred review: our verdict

MeetAlfred's multichannel sequences and group and event automation are genuinely useful, and agencies will appreciate the white-label Teams plan. But monthly prices are high, and the steady stream of restriction reports in user reviews is hard to ignore. Unless you specifically need X in your sequences, the higher-scoring options in our LinkedIn tool rankings are the safer choice.

Does Platypus recommend MeetAlfred?

It depends

Useful multichannel features, but pricey month to month and too many reports of restricted accounts.

LinkedIn reviews

I review LinkedIn automation and outreach tools. I care about two things: whether a tool actually gets you replies, and whether it keeps your account safe. If a tool pushes LinkedIn's limits, I'll tell you plainly.
