Salesflow review: features, pricing and verdict

3.5/5

Our score: 3.5/5

It depends

Short version: This Salesflow review looks at a cloud platform that runs LinkedIn and email outreach from one sequence. It's easy to start and has strong agency features, but one seat costs $99 a month, and users report accounts disconnecting. For most solo sellers, our Aimfox review shows a better fit for less.

What is Salesflow?

Salesflow is a cloud-based outreach platform for sales teams, startups and agencies. It sends LinkedIn connection requests and messages, adds email steps to the same campaign, and gathers replies in one inbox. Because it runs in the cloud, campaigns keep going when your laptop is closed.

Salesflow calls itself the safest social and email outreach platform, and its homepage cites a user base above 10,000. Older material sometimes calls it Linked SalesFlow, but the product is now simply Salesflow, and it sits among the LinkedIn automation tools we cover.

How Salesflow works

Salesflow is built around condition-based sequences. One campaign can branch depending on whether a lead accepts your invitation, whether an email address is available and how the person engages.

Step 1: Connect your accounts

Link your LinkedIn profile and, if you want email steps, an email inbox. Salesflow says a first campaign can be live in under four minutes.

Step 2: Build a lead list

Pull prospects from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator searches, or import your own list, then clean it before sending anything.

Step 3: Write the sequence

Create message templates and set the order of invitations, follow-ups and emails, with conditions that change the path for each lead.

Step 4: Let it run

The cloud engine sends actions on a schedule. You don't need to keep a browser tab open.

Step 5: Work the replies

Answers from LinkedIn and email land in one inbox, and team leads can review every campaign from a single dashboard.

Who is Salesflow best for?

Salesflow suits agencies and larger sales teams more than individuals. Its per-seat price drops sharply as the team grows, and its white-label dashboard lets agencies report to clients under their own brand.

A good fit if you

  • Run outreach for several clients as an agency
  • Mix LinkedIn and email steps in a single campaign
  • Have 20 or more people who need seats
  • Like having a dedicated success team on hand

Skip it if you

  • Work alone and want a low monthly bill
  • Can't afford time lost to account reconnections
  • Need many native CRM integrations out of the box
  • Want the widest choice of lead sources

Why use Salesflow at all?

The main reason to pick Salesflow is its agency toolkit. A white-label dashboard, an API and team-wide reporting make it easier to run outreach for clients and show them results without exposing the tool behind it.

It also keeps channels together. Adding email to LinkedIn steps means a lead who ignores your invitation can still hear from you, and condition-based paths stop people from getting the wrong follow-up.

For a single user the maths is harder. The same $99 buys a more complete toolkit elsewhere, so it's worth reading our Skylead review and the Aimfox write-up before you commit.

How we reviewed it

To put this Salesflow review together, we read the vendor's site end to end, recorded every plan and seat tier on 16 October 2026, and compared what users say about it on G2 and Capterra with the claims on the sales pages, following our editorial policy.

No paid Salesflow trial was run by us, so you won't find before-and-after numbers here. The score weighs features, account safety, cost per seat and recurring user complaints; the review method page explains how we score.

What we liked

Built for agencies

White-label dashboards, an API and a bird's-eye view of every team campaign make client work easier to manage and report on.

One sequence, two channels

LinkedIn invitations, messages and emails sit in the same workflow, with branches that react to how each lead behaves.

Quick to launch

Reviewers often single out the quick setup, and the company says a first campaign can go live in a few minutes.

What we didn't like

Expensive for one user

A single Basic seat costs $99 a month. The lower per-seat prices only apply with 5, 20, 50 or 100 seats, some with an annual commitment.

Disconnections and reports

Several users describe LinkedIn accounts disconnecting and needing manual attention, and some question how reliable the reply detection and reports are.

What we liked

  • Pro: White-label dashboards and API
  • Pro: LinkedIn and email in one sequence
  • Pro: 7-day free trial, no card

What we didn't like

  • Con: $99 a month for a single seat
  • Con: Users report account disconnections

Each figure is a monthly per-seat price. Longer six- or twelve-month terms bring it down, and Agency and Enterprise require a yearly commitment.

Salesflow offers a 7-day free trial with no card required.

Is Salesflow safe?

Salesflow markets itself as a safe outreach platform and runs in the cloud, so actions don't come from your own browser. Even so, no tool can make automation risk-free on LinkedIn, and user reports of accounts disconnecting show that safety settings still need watching.

LinkedIn is clear on this point: its automation guidance says it doesn't allow third-party software that scrapes or automates activity. Keep volumes modest and warm up a new profile slowly, whichever tool you choose.

Before connecting any outreach tool, check the prohibited software list and keep your daily invitation numbers well below the limits.

Salesflow review: our verdict

Salesflow is a sound choice for agencies that want white-label reporting and a team that will grow past 20 seats. For an individual seller, though, $99 a month is steep, and the disconnection complaints add friction. If you want a safer setup with more ways to find leads at a lower single-seat price, Aimfox is where we'd start. We also compare Salesflow with Octopus CRM, a much cheaper browser extension.

Does Platypus recommend Salesflow?

It depends

A capable LinkedIn and email outreach platform, but a single seat costs more than stronger rivals and accounts can disconnect.

One Basic seat costs $99 a month. The price per seat falls as you add users: $70 from 5 seats, $39.95 from 20, $29.98 from 50 and $24.99 from 100, with annual terms on the last two.

Yes. Salesflow offers a 7-day free trial and doesn't ask for a card.

Yes, that's where it shines. It has white-label dashboards, an API and team reporting, and the per-seat price drops a lot at larger seat counts.

Does Salesflow offer white-label reporting?

Yes. Agencies can manage client campaigns from a white-label dashboard, and the Pro tier adds API access.

What's a better alternative to Salesflow?

For most solo sellers, Aimfox: a lower seat price, more places to source leads and safety built into how it runs. Our Salesflow alternatives page compares it with other options.

LinkedIn reviews

I review LinkedIn automation and outreach tools. I care about two things: whether a tool actually gets you replies, and whether it keeps your account safe. If a tool pushes LinkedIn's limits, I'll tell you plainly.
