Best for: Sales teams, agencies and founders running LinkedIn outreach
For agencies, Aimfox is our clear first choice. A 20-seat agency plan with full white label, one inbox for every client profile and safety guardrails on every account make it easy to scale outreach without scaling risk.
Aimfox's agency plan starts at $499 a month and includes 20 seats, with each extra seat at $20. That works out far cheaper per client than tools that bill every LinkedIn account at full price. The plan adds full white label, so clients see your brand rather than Aimfox's, plus team collaboration and onboarding over Slack.
Each client profile gets its own outreach seat inside your agency workspace. Your team builds campaigns from searches (including LinkedIn Sales Navigator), post engagers, event attendees or groups, and every reply from every profile lands in the Unibox, where one person can answer on behalf of several clients without logging in and out.
Lead generation and growth agencies that run outreach for several clients and want one place to manage every profile and every reply.

Best for: Agencies and experienced outreach teams
Expandi has some of the best agency workspaces available, but per-account pricing makes it expensive for large client rosters, and some of its campaign types push past LinkedIn's usual limits.
Expandi is built with agencies in mind: separate workspaces, roles and reports keep each client's data apart, which is why it appears in so many agency stacks. The catch is cost, and our Expandi alternatives are worth a look if it rules the tool out. It charges $99 a month for each LinkedIn account, so ten client profiles mean ten seats, and agency or white-label pricing for 10+ seats is only available on request.
You set up a workspace for each client, connect their LinkedIn account and build smart campaigns that branch based on what each lead does. Roles and shareable reports let you show clients their results without giving them access to everything.
Experienced agencies that want detailed control over branching campaigns and don't mind paying per account.
Price from $99/month

Best for: Agencies and larger sales teams
Salesflow gets cheaper per seat the more clients you run, with white label from 20 seats. It's a reasonable pick for big agencies, though user reports of disconnections are worth watching.
Salesflow rewards volume. A lone seat is $99 a month, dropping to $70 each from five seats, $39.95 from 20 and $29.98 from 50 on an annual commitment billed monthly. White label and API access arrive with the Pro tier. Users do report accounts disconnecting, so keep an eye on every client profile.
Salesflow combines LinkedIn steps and email steps inside a single cloud sequence. As you add seats, the price per seat drops, and from 20 seats the Pro plan adds API access and white-label dashboards for clients.
Larger agencies that will run dozens of seats and want the per-seat price to fall as they grow.
Price from $99/month

Best for: Recruiters and small teams who want visual LinkedIn pipelines
Kanbox is an affordable way for smaller agencies to run several LinkedIn accounts with clear visual pipelines, though it's LinkedIn-only and the agency plan covers at most ten accounts.
For $399 a month, Kanbox's agency tier covers between five and ten LinkedIn accounts with everything from Pro included, with the option to bring your own proxies. Its visual pipelines suit agencies that report progress to clients in stages. The main limitation is that sequences can't include email steps.
Every lead, whether it came from a search, a post or an event list, sits on a Kanban board and moves along as the conversation develops. Campaigns handle invitations and messages, and the smart inbox keeps replies together.
Small agencies managing a handful of client accounts who like to see every lead's status on a visual board.

Best for: Agencies running LinkedIn, email and X outreach
MeetAlfred gives agencies white label and a shared inbox across LinkedIn, email and X, but reports of account restrictions keep it at the bottom of our list.
MeetAlfred's Teams plan costs $79 a seat with a three-seat minimum and includes white label, multiple users, team workspaces and a collaborative inbox. It covers more channels than most tools here. The downside is that user reviews mention account restrictions more often than we'd like, so cautious settings matter, and our MeetAlfred alternatives roundup covers other options.
Team members share workspaces and a collaborative inbox, and sequences can mix LinkedIn, email and X steps. Group and event automation help you build lists from communities your clients' buyers already belong to.
Agencies that want LinkedIn, email and X outreach in one place for clients who sell on more than one channel.
Price from $59/month
Running LinkedIn outreach for one company is a workflow. Running it for fifteen clients is an operation. Agencies need to keep each client's leads and messages separate, report results without exposing other clients, keep every profile safe and still make a margin on each seat.
That's why the tools on this list were judged on agency features first: seat pricing at scale, white label, client separation, shared inboxes and the safety of each connected profile. Raw campaign features matter less, because most serious LinkedIn automation tools can already send a good sequence.
Onboarding speed matters too. Every new client means connecting a profile, agreeing on a target audience, writing templates and setting volumes. Tools that let you copy a proven campaign into a new workspace, add a seat in minutes and see every profile's health from one screen save hours each month. Over a year, those hours often decide whether a client account is profitable, so look at the admin side of each tool as closely as the outreach side.
| Tool | Agency entry price | Seats included | White label |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aimfox | $499/month | 20, then $20 each | Yes, full |
| Expandi | On request | 10+ seats | On request |
| Salesflow | $39.95/seat | From 20 seats | Yes, from Pro |
| Kanbox | $399/month | 5 to 10 accounts | Not stated |
| MeetAlfred | $79/seat | From 3 seats | Yes |
At 20 client profiles, Aimfox's agency plan costs $499 a month in total. The same 20 profiles on per-account pricing at $99 each would cost almost four times as much. For agencies, how a tool counts seats can matter more than its headline price. See our Aimfox review for how its seats and avatars work.
White label lets you present the dashboard and reports under your own brand, which keeps clients focused on your service rather than the software behind it. It also stops clients from simply signing up to the tool themselves.
Client separation is just as important. Workspaces or separate seats keep one client's leads, templates and replies away from another's, and roles decide who on your team can see what. Expandi's agency workspaces are a good example of how detailed this can get.
A restricted client profile is a bad conversation to have. The safest approach is to choose a tool that applies limits and warmup to every account automatically, so a busy campaign manager can't push one client too hard by mistake.
Remember that LinkedIn's automation rules don't allow third-party automation, and agree with each client how their profile will be used.
Our guide to safe LinkedIn automation explains which guardrails matter most, and why enforced limits beat settings you have to remember.
Ask every new client to turn on two-step verification and to avoid logging in from unusual locations while a campaign is running.
Most agencies grow into automation in stages. Start a pilot with two or three friendly clients, measure acceptance and reply rates for a month, then standardise your templates and onboarding before adding more profiles.
Avoid tools that sell ways around LinkedIn's limits or rely on software LinkedIn lists as prohibited; the prohibited software page is worth sharing with your team.
More options, including tools built for individual sellers, are in our full set of LinkedIn tool reviews.
Work out what 10, 20 and 50 client profiles would cost. Per-account pricing looks fine for one client and painful at twenty.
If you sell outreach as your own service, full white label keeps clients loyal to you. Check whether it's included or an extra.
One inbox for every client profile saves hours each week and stops replies from slipping through.
Limits and warmup on every account protect your clients and your reputation. Don't rely on each team member's judgement.
If clients also sell by email or X, a multichannel tool may be worth its higher price. If LinkedIn is the main channel, keep it simple. See our scoring method for how we weigh these trade-offs.
We started wide. We listed the tools people use most for this job, then dropped any that have shut down or no longer do what they claim.
We checked each tool's own site. Features, limits and monthly prices come straight from the company, on the date shown at the top.
We read what users say. App store and review-site feedback helped us spot problems the sales pages leave out.
We scored and ranked them. Each score reflects how well the tool does the job, how safe it is for your account, and what it costs.
Aimfox comes out on top for agencies. Its agency plan includes 20 seats from $499 a month, full white label and one inbox for every client profile, with safety limits on each account.
Aimfox includes full white label on its agency plan. Salesflow adds it from the Pro tier at 20 seats, MeetAlfred includes it on Teams, and Expandi offers it on request for 10 or more seats.
It depends on how the tool bills. Per-account tools like Expandi cost the same for every client profile, while Aimfox's 20-seat agency plan and Salesflow's volume tiers bring the cost per client down as you grow.
Yes, with care. Each client profile is still bound by LinkedIn's User Agreement, so use a tool with limits and warmup on every account, and agree with clients up front how much outreach their profile will send.
A shared inbox means one person can handle replies for several client profiles without logging in and out. Aimfox's Unibox and MeetAlfred's collaborative inbox both do this.
