CASE FILE · INSTAGRAM GROWTH
Short version: Twicsy sells Instagram followers in one-off packages and promises they're real. Our month-long test says it delivered bot followers: the count jumped by more than 9,600, engagement fell to 0.8% and hundreds left within two weeks. For free followers from real members, see our SocialFollow review instead.
Twicsy sells Instagram followers, likes, views and comments as one-time packages, with three follower tiers called High Quality, Active and VIP. It also offers free tools such as a story viewer and a follower counter.
It markets its followers as real, verified and able to survive Instagram's bot purges. Unlike the Instagram growth tools we recommend, though, it doesn't help anyone discover your content. It simply adds numbers to your profile.
There's no strategy, targeting or audience research behind a Twicsy order. You buy a quantity of followers, the count rises, and that's the whole product. The tier you pick changes the label and the price, not the fact that nobody chose to follow you.
Choose High Quality, Active or VIP, then a package size from 100 up to 20,000 followers.
Type your Instagram username. No password is needed, but your profile must stay public.
Pay once by card or another method, including crypto. Nothing renews afterwards.
Followers start arriving within minutes and are usually all delivered within a day or so.
If the count falls during your refill window, Twicsy tops it back up to the number you ordered, but only above your starting count.
Twicsy is a follower shop, plain and simple: you choose a package, pay once and watch the count go up. Anyone who cares about engagement, reach or turning followers into customers will find our results hard to ignore.
People buy from Twicsy for the same reason they buy from any follower shop: a profile with more followers looks more established at a glance, and it's fast and cheap to get there.
The problem is what happens next. When thousands of new followers never react to your posts, your engagement rate sinks, and Instagram shows your content to fewer people. Our guide to growing audiences organically explains why engagement matters more than the count.
Twicsy is far from the only shop with this problem. Our Thunderclap review recorded a near-identical story, with a big follower jump and a slump in engagement.
Sites that sell bot software openly show where this industry's followers often come from. Views4You, for example, sells an Instagram bot alongside its follower packages.
If what you really want is targeted growth from people interested in your niche, our Kicksta review is a good example of how that works in practice.
Twicsy is far from the only package seller we tested with this result. Boostlikes, which sells followers in pounds, lost 530 of them within two weeks.
Twicsy took its turn in our autumn 2026 testing round, running for 30 days on an account that started at 2,075 followers. Nothing else about the account changed while it ran.
Instagram Insights supplied every figure: the follower total, the engagement rate and 30-day reach. A fortnight after the last delivery, we counted the followers that had dropped away.
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Followers | 2,075 | 11,681 |
| Engagement rate | 2.6% | 0.8% |
| Accounts reached (30 days) | 8,517 | 8,033 |
| Followers lost after we stopped (14 days) | – | 438 |
Orders arrive quickly, so if your only goal is a higher follower count today, Twicsy delivers that.
You never share your password, which removes one of the bigger risks found on many follower sites.
Twicsy added more than 9,600 followers to our test account, yet engagement dropped from 2.6% to 0.8% and accounts reached went down. Two weeks after we stopped, 438 of them had already vanished. Followers that pile up, never interact and then disappear in a purge are bot followers, whatever the sales page calls them.
The followers page advertises a six-month retention guarantee. Twicsy's own terms give a 30-day refill period, stretched to 90 days only when you add the extended option at checkout.
Refunds are possible within 30 days, but not once an order has been fully delivered and confirmed, which most follower orders are within a day or two.
Trustpilot has taken down Twicsy's profile for breaching its guidelines, so there's no independent customer rating to check.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| High Quality | From $3.49 one-off | 100 followers for $3.49, 1,000 for $14.99 |
| Active | $22.99 per 1,000 | Adds "real active" followers, guaranteed delivery and 30-day refills |
| VIP | $39.99 per 1,000 | Adds "targeted" followers, faster delivery and priority support |
Twicsy only sells one-off packages; there's no monthly plan. Prices are the sale prices shown on the followers page, which also lists higher "regular" prices.
Free top-ups run for a month, or three months with the optional extended refill. A refund request has a 30-day window, but orders that have been fully delivered don't qualify.
Prices checked October 15, 2026.
Twicsy doesn't touch your login, so your account can't be taken over through it. The risk sits elsewhere: buying followers runs against Instagram's platform rules, and accounts that don't engage are exactly what Instagram removes in its clean-ups.
Its own sales page even says that dirt-cheap followers are usually fake accounts made by bots that can get you banned. Our results suggest its own followers fall into the same trap: they arrived fast, didn't interact and started leaving soon after.
Keep two-step login protection switched on for your account, whatever service you use.

Twicsy is quick and doesn't ask for your password, but what it delivered looked nothing like real people: thousands of followers, an engagement rate that collapsed and hundreds gone within a fortnight. Add a retention promise that its own terms don't back up, and there's little reason to pay. You'll get real, engaged followers from one of the top growth services we've ranked.
Its followers looked like bots: plenty of them, none engaging. Choose SocialFollow or Kicksta instead.
1.5/5Twicsy says every follower is real and verified, but our numbers say otherwise. More than 9,600 followers arrived while engagement fell from 2.6% to 0.8%, reach dropped and 438 were gone a fortnight after we stopped, which is typical of bot accounts.
It's an online shop selling Instagram followers, likes, views and comments in one-off packages. You give a username or post link, pay, and the numbers are added within hours.
High Quality followers start at $3.49 for 100 and $14.99 for 1,000. The Active tier costs $22.99 per 1,000 and VIP $39.99 per 1,000. Every package is a one-time payment.
No. You only enter your username, which is the one point in its favor. Your account needs to be public for delivery.
Within 30 days of purchase, by emailing support, but orders that have been fully delivered and confirmed aren't eligible. Twicsy reviews each request within three to five business days.
If you want free social proof from real members, SocialFollow does that without payment or a password. For targeted growth that brings engaged followers, Kicksta is our top pick.
