CASE FILE · INSTAGRAM GROWTH
Short version: MySocialFollowing sells Instagram followers by the hundred and promises they aren't bots, but the ones we got behaved like bots: engagement collapsed from 3.1% to 0.2% and 496 had vanished two weeks on. If you want people who actually interact, read our Kicksta review.
MySocialFollowing, which brands itself My Social Following, sells followers, likes, views and comments for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter X and SoundCloud. It says it has been running since 2007.
It describes its methods as incentivized users and social advertising rather than bots. In practice that makes it a follower seller, unlike the Instagram growth tools built around getting interested people to find you.
MySocialFollowing sells followers by the package. You pick a number, enter your username and pay once, and followers are added over the following hours. It says they come from a network of incentivized users and from advertising campaigns.
Choose Instagram followers, likes, automatic likes, comments, views or a combo package.
Enter your username. No password is needed, but the profile must be public.
Pay once. Delivery usually starts within 24 to 48 hours and is spread out on purpose.
Followers arrive gradually so the growth looks natural to Instagram, in the site's own words.
When followers drop, you email support to have them replaced under the lifetime guarantee.
MySocialFollowing is for buyers who want a bigger number on their profile and are prepared to keep topping it up. If you want followers who read, like and share your posts, our test suggests you'll be disappointed.
The pitch is social proof: a profile with thousands of followers looks more established, and MySocialFollowing argues that a bigger number helps with the algorithm too.
But the algorithm cares about how people react. If thousands of followers never like or comment, your engagement rate drops and the algorithm starts limiting your reach. The walkthrough on getting real followers covers what actually moves reach.
Other follower sellers showed the same pattern in our tests. Our Stormlikes review covers one with a similar promise and similar results.
Twicsy, another service selling follower packages, is also part of this round of reviews.
MySocialFollowing was tested on its own account for a 30-day period running from September into October 2026. Before anything was ordered, the profile had 1,579 followers, and our usual posting went on unchanged.
Daily figures for followers, engagement and 30-day reach came straight out of Insights. Fourteen days after the final order landed, we looked again and measured the losses.
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Followers | 1,579 | 8,214 |
| Engagement rate | 3.1% | 0.2% |
| Accounts reached (30 days) | 7,158 | 7,689 |
| Followers lost after we stopped (14 days) | – | 496 |
It never asks for your password, and the site warns readers not to give it to anyone.
Packages and prices are listed clearly, and its Trustpilot rating is better than most follower sellers we looked at.
Followers rose from 1,579 to 8,214, but engagement collapsed from 3.1% to 0.2%, one of the steepest drops we measured. Within two weeks of stopping, 496 were gone. MySocialFollowing says it never uses bots, yet these followers did everything bots do: they inflated the count and ignored every post.
The site says it sources profiles that "actually look like real Instagram users" and spaces delivery so everything keeps "looking real to the platform". Its homepage even calls the services "undetectable". That's language about appearances, not about real people choosing to follow you.
The lifetime guarantee replaces lost followers for free, but only after you notice the drop and email support. A guarantee built on refilling followers who keep leaving says a lot about how long they stay.
Once the service is fully delivered, the sale is final and no refunds are issued. Filing a chargeback can get your account terminated and your IP banned.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 50 Instagram followers | $7 one-off | Lifetime guarantee, 6 to 12 hours to complete |
| 100 Instagram followers | $12 one-off | Lifetime guarantee; larger packages available |
Followers are sold as one-off packages, not a monthly plan. Every order includes the lifetime guarantee, which refills lost followers when you contact support.
Refunds are possible if the service isn't fully delivered, but once an order is complete the sale is final.

MySocialFollowing doesn't touch your login, which keeps your account access safe. But its own FAQ talks about delivering in a pattern that "looks just like real growth to Instagram's systems", which is a reminder that the aim is to avoid detection.
Its terms say you alone are responsible for following each network's rules. Have a look at Instagram's terms page before deciding to buy followers from anyone.
Keep Instagram two-factor authentication on, and remember a bigger number won't help if engagement falls.

MySocialFollowing talks a lot about quality and avoiding bots, but the followers it delivered didn't act like people: our engagement fell to 0.2% and hundreds left as soon as delivery stopped. A lifetime of free refills only means a lifetime of topping up followers who don't stay. If you want an audience, choose from the best Instagram services we've tested.
Followers that behaved like bots and sank our engagement to 0.2%. Choose Kicksta instead.
1/5It says so, but our results point the other way. We gained 6,635 followers in 30 days while engagement fell from 3.1% to 0.2%, and 496 slipped away during the two weeks that followed. Bot followers act exactly like that.
It's a follower and engagement seller for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter X and more. It describes its sources as incentivized users who engage in return for promotion of their own content, plus social advertising.
Instagram followers start at $7 for 50 and $12 for 100, as one-off purchases. Larger packages cost more, and there's no monthly subscription for followers.
No. It only needs your Instagram username, and your profile must be public for delivery.
It promises to refill lost followers for the life of your account if you email support. In our test, 496 dropped off within two weeks of the order ending.
Kicksta. Its approach gets your profile seen by people already interested in your niche, and our engagement rose to 5.5% during the same 30-day testing window.
