CASE FILE · LINKEDIN AUTOMATION
Our score: 3.5/5
It dependsShort version: Our LinkedFusion review looks at a cloud LinkedIn automation tool with a long list of CRM integrations and team features. Campaigns can target searches, groups, events and post engagers. Plans start at $65.95 a month, with daily invite caps on each tier. For a stronger all-round option, see why Aimfox wins.
LinkedFusion is a cloud-based LinkedIn automation tool for lead generation. It runs connection requests, drip follow-ups and group messages, and it can run many sequences in parallel across time zones without you being online.
Its strength is plumbing: native integrations with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Insightly, Close and Zoho, plus Google Sheets, Zapier and an email API. That makes it one of the better-connected LinkedIn lead tools for teams with an established CRM. Recruiters using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite can run it too.
LinkedFusion works from a cloud dashboard. You build campaigns from different LinkedIn sources and let them run on a schedule, with leads flowing into your CRM.
Link your profile. LinkedFusion recommends Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Premium for best results.
Target LinkedIn or Sales Navigator searches, group members, post engagers or event attendees.
Write a connection request and scheduled follow-ups that send once a request is accepted.
Run unlimited parallel sequences across time zones from the cloud.
Send leads to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or another connected CRM and keep the team in sync.
LinkedFusion fits sales teams that already live in a CRM and want LinkedIn activity to flow straight into it, with shared templates and team blacklists.
Budget is the main question. Because each plan raises the daily invite cap, the price you pay is tied to how many people you want to reach each day, and the recommended Sales Navigator subscription or Premium sits on top of that. Teams that send modest volumes and value tidy CRM syncing get the most from it; high-volume senders will find the caps restrictive and the per-user price adds up quickly.
Integrations are the headline. Few tools at this price sync with as many CRMs out of the box, and the email API and Zapier connection cover most of the rest.
Group messaging is another useful extra. Reaching members of shared LinkedIn groups gives you a way to start conversations without spending invitations, and campaigns can also target event attendees and post engagers.
The catch is volume. Even the top plan caps you at 100 invitations a day, and the entry plan at 40. If you're weighing a lighter, cheaper option, our LinkedRadar review covers a budget Chrome extension.
LinkedFusion also publishes practical help for when things go wrong, including a guide to what to do if LinkedIn restricts your account. It supports Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite, and its billing terms are straightforward: it says it won't charge your card after you cancel unless you've agreed to a reduced yearly price.
This LinkedFusion review draws on the tool's feature, integration and pricing pages, which we reviewed on 16 October 2026, along with independent write-ups and user scores on G2 and Capterra. Our editorial process explains how we use these.
We haven't tested LinkedFusion with a paid seat, so you won't see measured outcomes here. Its rating combines features, caps and safety, price and user feedback, following our scoring guide.

LinkedFusion runs in the cloud and keeps daily activity within set caps, which helps keep behaviour predictable. It also publishes guidance on recovering from LinkedIn restrictions, a sign that some users do hit limits.
As with every tool on our LinkedIn automation shortlist, LinkedIn automation rules don't allow it, so restrictions are always possible. Start below the caps and increase slowly.
Review LinkedIn's software restrictions before connecting, and don't max out the daily caps on a new profile.

LinkedFusion is a dependable choice if CRM integration matters most and you already pay for Sales Navigator. Its daily caps and per-user price make it less appealing for volume, and reporting is basic. Aimfox offers stronger safety, more lead sources and a lower starting price, so it's our pick for most people. Next in our LinkedIn series is Kanbox.
A cloud LinkedIn tool with many CRM integrations and team features, but its daily limits and price per seat lag behind the best options.
