Best LinkedFusion replacement
Aimfox
Weekly safety limits, warm-up and local IPs on every seat, Seats are $49 monthly, with a fortnight's free trial and no card.
ALTERNATIVES · LINKEDIN AUTOMATION
LinkedFusion is a capable cloud tool with deep CRM links, but its plans sell volume and it leaves you without a trial. These four alternatives handle that better, and Aimfox leads them.
The cheapest plan, Professional, stops at 40 invitations daily; Grow lifts that to 70 and Ultimate to 100. Sending more means paying more, rather than sending safely.
Plans start at $65.95 per user a month and climb to $135.95, before any LinkedIn subscription.
Every tier recommends Sales Navigator or Premium, so the real monthly cost is higher than the plan price suggests.
No free trial is advertised, so you'd pay before knowing whether campaigns work for you. Our Aimfox review explains how its 14-day trial works instead.

Why pick it over LinkedFusion?
LinkedFusion ties how much you can send to how much you pay. Aimfox gives every seat the same protective weekly limits, warms new profiles up and costs less to start, while keeping the event, group and post-engager targeting that makes LinkedFusion appealing.

| Volume control | Daily invite caps set by your plan (40 to 100) | Hard weekly caps plus warm-up for new profiles |
| Free trial | None listed | 14 days, no card |
| Replies | Per profile | Unibox for every connected profile |
Cheaper from day one. One Aimfox seat is $49 a month on monthly billing. LinkedFusion's entry tier is $65.95 per user, and doubling your daily invites means moving to $95.95 or $135.95.
Limits that protect rather than upsell. LinkedFusion lets you pick a daily cap by buying a bigger plan. Aimfox works the other way round: it holds every profile to weekly ceilings of 200 connection requests and 200 message requests, so volume can't creep up by accident.
A gentle start for new accounts. New profiles start slowly and ramp up, and each profile is assigned an IP address in its home country, from a pool that spans 70-plus countries. LinkedFusion doesn't describe a warm-up of its own.
The same lead sources, one inbox. Both tools reach post engagers, event attendees and group members. Aimfox adds the Unibox, where replies from every connected profile land in one place and you can answer with voice notes or video.
Switch to Aimfox if
You want built-in weekly limits, a 14-day trial without a card and a lower monthly price per seat.
Stay with LinkedFusion if
Your sales team lives inside Insightly or Close, which LinkedFusion connects to natively.

Why pick it over LinkedFusion?
If your prospecting already mixes LinkedIn with email and calls, La Growth Machine runs the whole thing from one conditional sequence. LinkedFusion's strength is CRM breadth; La Growth Machine's is channel breadth.
Best for: Sales teams running LinkedIn and email together
| LinkedFusion | La Growth Machine | |
|---|---|---|
| Our score | 3.5/5 | 4/5 |
| Price from | $65.95/month | €60/month |
| Best for | Sales teams that live in a CRM | Sales teams running LinkedIn and email together |
| How it runs | Cloud | Cloud |
| Channels | LinkedIn and email | LinkedIn, email, calls, voice notes (X on Ultimate) |
| Free trial | None listed | 14 days |
| CRM sync | Many native CRMs | HubSpot and Pipedrive on Ultimate |
More channels per lead. One sequence can move a lead from a LinkedIn invitation to an email, a call or a voice note depending on how they respond. LinkedFusion keeps you inside LinkedIn and email.
Personal audio, recorded once. Record a message once and the tool puts an AI-generated greeting in front of it for every prospect, which helps you get noticed in a crowded LinkedIn inbox.
Contact data included. If one data provider can't find an email, the next one is tried, and enriched leads come as part of each plan's monthly quota.
Watch the per-identity pricing. Each LinkedIn identity is billed separately: €60 a month for Basic, €120 for Pro (where calls and the shared inbox begin) and €180 for Ultimate.
Switch to La Growth Machine if
Your team runs LinkedIn, email and phone together and wants one sequence for all of them.
Stay with LinkedFusion if
LinkedIn is your only channel and you'd rather not pay for features you won't use.
Price from €60/month

Why pick it over LinkedFusion?
We-Connect costs about the same as LinkedFusion but lets you try it free for two weeks and builds up your sending gradually. It's the closest like-for-like swap on this list.
Best for: Sellers who want CRM syncing and a long trial
| LinkedFusion | We-Connect | |
|---|---|---|
| Our score | 3.5/5 | 3.5/5 |
| Price from | $65.95/month | $69/month |
| Best for | Sales teams that live in a CRM | Sellers who want CRM syncing and a long trial |
| How it runs | Cloud | Cloud |
| Volume control | Daily invite caps set by your plan | Automatic weekly warm-up |
| Free trial | None listed | 14 days, no card |
| Extras | Team templates and blacklist | Referral campaigns and intent signals |
Try it properly first. You get 14 days to run real campaigns before paying, with no card needed. LinkedFusion doesn't advertise a trial at all.
Sending that ramps up slowly. We-Connect raises your weekly sending step by step, a softer approach than picking a daily cap from a price list.
Similar money, similar CRMs. Growth costs $69 a seat, and Professional at $79 adds email steps and syncing with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho.
A useful extra, with caveats. Referral campaigns ask your existing connections for introductions, a warmer route than inviting strangers. Users do mention bugs and slow support.
Switch to We-Connect if
You want to test properly before paying and like the idea of an automatic warm-up.
Stay with LinkedFusion if
You need Close or Insightly integrations, or more than 70 invites a day on one plan.

Why pick it over LinkedFusion?
Dux-Soup has been around longer than most of its rivals and fits neatly into a CRM-led sales stack. Its Local version undercuts LinkedFusion on price, though the Cloud version costs more.
Best for: CRM-driven sales teams wanting a proven tool

| Our score | 3.5/5 | 3.5/5 |
| Price from | $65.95/month | $55/month |
| Best for | Sales teams that live in a CRM | CRM-driven sales teams wanting a proven tool |
| How it runs | Cloud | Local app ($55) or cloud ($99) |
| Volume control | Daily invite caps set by your plan | Custom delays and pause on reply |
| Free trial | None listed | Not stated on the pricing page |
| Reputation | Newer, less reviewed | 4.6/5 on Trustpilot |
Years of history. Dux-Soup is one of the oldest names in LinkedIn automation and is rated 4.6 out of 5 by Trustpilot reviewers, which counts for a lot when you're trusting a tool with your account.
A lower entry price. If you're happy to keep a computer on while campaigns run, the Local version costs $55 a month, less than LinkedFusion's cheapest tier.
CRM links that match up. Native links to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Freshsales and HighLevel cover most of what LinkedFusion's integrations do, plus Slack, Zapier and Make.
The catch. Its Cloud version is $99 a month, which is more than LinkedFusion's Professional plan, and reviewers say the product feels older than cloud-first rivals.
Switch to Dux-Soup if
You value a proven track record and don't mind running the Local app on your own machine.
Stay with LinkedFusion if
You want group, event and post-engager targeting built in, which Dux-Soup doesn't emphasise.
Price from $55/month
Probably, if you're paying for a higher tier just to send more invites. LinkedFusion's integrations are excellent, but its pricing turns volume into the main upgrade, and it doesn't offer a trial. You can read the full picture in our LinkedFusion review.
Aimfox is the switch we'd make first: it costs less per seat, protects every profile with the same weekly limits and keeps the lead sources you're used to. La Growth Machine suits teams that mix channels, We-Connect is the most similar day to day, and Dux-Soup offers a cheaper local setup with a long track record. All four are covered in our LinkedIn tool reviews.
LinkedFusion links how many invites you send to which plan you buy. Before switching, decide how many invites a week you actually need and check how each alternative controls that number. Tools that cap activity for safety protect you; tools that sell you a higher cap leave the risk with you.
Several features on every tool here, such as notes on invitations and Sales Navigator searches, depend on LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator. Add that subscription to the tool's price to see what you'll really spend each month.
Run one modest campaign on a single profile during the trial and watch acceptance and reply rates. If you want more options beyond these four, browse our best automation tools ranking.
Export your leads, templates and campaign results before cancelling, and pause every active sequence so contacts don't receive half-finished follow-ups. Remove the old tool's browser access too, since LinkedIn's prohibited software list covers extensions that scrape or automate the site.
Keep the first weeks on the new tool slow, whichever you pick. No automation tool is risk-free, because LinkedIn's automation rules don't allow third-party software to act on your behalf.
We started wide. We listed the tools people use most for this job, then dropped any that have shut down or no longer do what they claim.
We checked each tool's own site. Features, limits and monthly prices come straight from the company, on the date shown at the top.
We read what users say. App store and review-site feedback helped us spot problems the sales pages leave out.
We scored and ranked them. Each score reflects how well the tool does the job, how safe it is for your account, and what it costs.
Aimfox. It starts at $49 a seat, applies weekly limits and a warm-up to every profile, and offers a 14-day trial without a card. It also keeps the event, group and post-engager campaigns LinkedFusion users rely on.
Dux-Soup's Local version at $55 a month is the cheapest option here, but it needs your own computer running. Among cloud tools, Aimfox at $49 a seat is the lowest.
Aimfox and We-Connect both raise activity gradually on new accounts. Aimfox also enforces fixed weekly ceilings, so it's the more cautious choice.
LinkedFusion links natively to more CRMs, including Insightly and Close. Dux-Soup and We-Connect cover Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive, which is enough for most teams.
Yes. According to LinkedFusion, cancelling stops further charges, except on discounted yearly plans.
