CASE FILE · LINKEDIN AUTOMATION
Our score: 4/5
RecommendedShort version: La Growth Machine runs outreach across LinkedIn, email, calls and voice notes from one smart sequence, with a shared inbox for replies. It's one of the most capable tools here for teams, but pricing per identity adds up. For LinkedIn-first outreach at a lower price, see our Aimfox review.
La Growth Machine, often shortened to LGM, is a sales outreach platform that automates LinkedIn alongside email, calls and X. You build one sequence, and each lead moves through it based on how they respond.
The company says more than 10,000 go-to-market teams run their outbound on it. It aims at small and mid-sized sales teams, growth teams and agencies that want outreach, enrichment and a shared inbox in one place, with integrations into tools like HubSpot, Clay and Make.
La Growth Machine runs campaigns from a visual sequence builder. Each lead moves through steps on LinkedIn, email and other channels, and conditions decide which path they take.
Connect one or more identities, each with a LinkedIn profile and sending mailboxes. Your team works from them without sharing passwords.
Import leads from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, and on Pro, from post likers, commenters and event attendees. Waterfall enrichment then looks for verified emails across several providers.
Drag steps into a sequence: invitations, messages, emails, voice notes and calls. Add conditions such as 'if they don't accept, send an email' and A/B test any step.
Pro and Ultimate can warm leads up first by liking their posts, following them and visiting their profiles before the first message.
Replies from LinkedIn and email land in one shared inbox. Tag each one, get Slack alerts, and on Ultimate sync activity to HubSpot or Pipedrive.
La Growth Machine is built for teams that treat LinkedIn as one channel among several. If your best results come from mixing a connection request with an email and a follow-up call, it handles that logic better than most LinkedIn-first tools.
Most prospects don't answer on the first channel you try. La Growth Machine lets you plan for that: if a connection request goes unanswered, the sequence can move to email, then a call, without a rep remembering to do it.
Its personal touches also help. Voice notes and a realistic chat mode make automated LinkedIn messages feel closer to a real conversation, which tends to matter more than raw volume. Our tool scoring process weighs results like that alongside safety and price.
The flip side is cost and complexity. Paying per identity suits funded teams better than solo founders, and the depth of the builder means a slower start. We cover how we judge trade-offs like these in our editorial standards.
If cold email is your main channel, the lemlist review is worth reading next, since lemlist approaches multichannel outreach from the email side.
Teams comparing all-in-one sales platforms often also look at Reply.io, which pairs a billion-contact database with an AI sales agent.
This La Growth Machine review is based on the company's product pages and its pricing table (monthly billing view, checked October 16, 2026), set against the other LinkedIn outreach tools on our site.
To round out the picture we read independent reviews and user feedback on software directories, looking at what teams praise and where they struggle. Every price and plan limit we quote comes from La Growth Machine's pricing page.
Few tools let one sequence switch between LinkedIn, email, calls and X based on what each lead does. The conditional logic is the core of the product, and it's well thought out.
You record your voice once and the tool adds an AI-generated intro for each lead. Voice messages stand out in a crowded LinkedIn inbox, and many competitors don't offer them.
Email lookups run through nine providers and two verification tools before giving up, and every plan includes a monthly allowance of enriched leads.
On monthly billing the plans cost €60, €120 and €180 per identity, and each identity is billed separately. A small team running three or four profiles on Pro quickly pays several hundred euros a month.
Conditions, branches, voice notes and enrichment give you a lot of control, but they also take time to learn. Several user reviews mention a learning curve before campaigns run smoothly.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | €60/month per identity | LinkedIn and email, 250 enriched leads a month, up to 3 identities, 3 team members |
| Pro | €120/month per identity | Adds calls, intent data imports, unified inbox, social warming, A/B tests, 6 active campaigns |
| Ultimate | €180/month per identity | Adds X, 1,000 enriched leads, unlimited campaigns, HubSpot and Pipedrive sync |
| Agency / Custom | On request / from €150 | Dedicated support and custom limits for agencies and larger teams |
Prices are per identity per month on monthly billing, shown in euros as on the site. Each identity is billed separately. Quarterly and semi-annual billing cost less, and annual billing gives two months free.
Agency plans need at least six identities and are priced on request. Custom plans start at €150 a month. Extra enrichment credits can be bought on top of each plan's allowance.

La Growth Machine treats safety as a feature in its own right. You set limits for LinkedIn and email activity per identity, warming steps make early contact look natural, and the company has marketed itself as a safe way to automate LinkedIn since 2017. Several users say their accounts stayed clean where other tools caused trouble.
The usual caveat applies: LinkedIn's user rules don't permit automated activity, so even a careful tool carries some risk. Ramp new identities up slowly.
Check LinkedIn's banned software guidance before launching, and keep each identity's limits on the conservative side.

La Growth Machine earns its place with genuinely multichannel sequences, voice notes and solid enrichment, all with safety in mind. It's a good fit for teams that sell across LinkedIn and email together. The price per identity and the learning curve are the trade-offs, and for teams focused on LinkedIn, Aimfox remains the better buy among the LinkedIn outreach tools we've reviewed.
A strong multichannel choice for sales teams, if the per-identity price works for you. Aimfox is better value for LinkedIn alone.
