CASE FILE · INSTAGRAM GROWTH
Short version: Trusy delivered bot followers in our test. More than 17,000 arrived in a month, but engagement fell to 0.8% and 403 vanished within two weeks of stopping. Its product pages don't say what each plan includes, and many packages can't be refunded. For real followers who engage, read our Kicksta review.
Trusy, also branded Trusy Social, sells Instagram and TikTok growth packages through an online store. Its homepage calls it a personal brand growth concierge and promises to help you scale and monetize your audience.
The store has around two dozen products, from $37 monthly plans to four-figure packages. We focused on its Instagram growth, testing it the same way as every other Instagram growth service we review.
Trusy doesn't explain its method in much detail. The FAQ mentions explore page discovery, "power likes" and targeted engagement, delivered by an assigned account manager, and says it never needs your password.
Pick a package from the store. Most are monthly subscriptions, and the product pages show only the price.
An account manager is assigned and sets up your service, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
Trusy works to push your posts toward the explore page and relevant hashtag and location results.
New followers arrive. Trusy's FAQ suggests anywhere from 300 to 5,000 a month depending on the package.
Subscriptions run month to month and can be cancelled or paused, but refunds are limited and many packages are excluded.
Trusy sells Instagram growth as a life-changing opportunity, with plenty of hype and very little detail. During testing, its followers acted like bot accounts, and the store makes it surprisingly hard to know what each package even includes.
Trusy's marketing speaks to people who want to look like an authority quickly. Its homepage talks about instant credibility, publicity and businesses wanting to work with you once you have an audience.
An audience only gives you leverage if it's made of people. Followers that never react can't buy, book or share, and they make your posts look less engaging to Instagram. Our guide to building real followers is a better starting point.
For another service with a similar pattern, see our FollowFuse review.
We also tested Grow Your Social during the same period.
Trusy worked on one of our test profiles for 30 days through September and into October 2026. On the first day the profile showed 3,463 followers, and our usual posting rhythm carried on untouched.
Insights gave us the daily figures: how many followers we had, how engaged they were and how far our posts travelled. Then, 14 days after the service stopped, we looked again to measure how many new followers had fallen away.
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Followers | 3,463 | 20,528 |
| Engagement rate | 3.3% | 0.8% |
| Accounts reached (30 days) | 16,021 | 17,279 |
| Followers lost after we stopped (14 days) | – | 403 |
Trusy says it never asks for your Instagram password, so your login stays with you.
Packages are billed month to month, and the FAQ says you can pause or cancel at any time.
Followers rose from 3,463 to 20,528 in 30 days, but engagement sank from 3.3% to 0.8% and reach only crept up. Two weeks after we stopped, 403 had already gone. That's the pattern bot followers leave behind: a big number, almost no interaction, and steady losses as Instagram removes fake accounts.
Trusy's homepage promises a "10 Day No Questions Asked Guarantee". Its refund policy then rules out Loops, Organic, partnerships, Brand Accelerator and Elite Growth entirely, and refuses refunds once more than half the allotted posts have been serviced.
Plans such as Lite ($37), Plus ($57), Premium ($77) and Ultra ($157) are sold as recurring subscriptions, but their product pages list a price and a billing notice and nothing about what's included.
Trusy scored 1.8 out of 5 from 99 reviews on Trustpilot when we checked, with reviewers describing fake-looking engaging accounts and refunds they were still waiting for.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Trusy Lite | $37/month | Recurring every 30 days; contents not described |
| Trusy Plus | $57/month | Recurring every 30 days; contents not described |
| Trusy Premium | $77/month | Recurring every 30 days; contents not described |
| Trusy Ultra | $157/month | Recurring monthly; contents not described |
| Trusy Organic | $397/month | Recurring monthly; non-refundable |
Prices come from Trusy's own store. Lite, Plus, Premium, Ultra and Organic renew monthly, but the product pages don't list what each one includes. The store also sells Loops, partnership and Brand Accelerator packages from $197 to $1,297.
Refunds are only possible within 10 days of your first purchase, and Loops, Organic, partnerships, Brand Accelerator and Elite Growth are non-refundable.

Not needing your password is a point in Trusy's favour. It also says no client has ever lost an account. The real danger is the audience it builds: bot accounts weaken your engagement figures and drop off in batches, which makes your profile look worse to both people and Instagram.
Instagram removes fake accounts regularly, and services claiming to be fully compliant should be judged by results, not slogans. Skim Instagram's community terms before buying growth of any kind.
Keep two-factor authentication on, and be wary of any package whose product page doesn't say what you'll get.

Trusy's hype promises a life-changing audience, but what arrived in our test were bot followers: over 17,000 in a month, engagement down to 0.8% and hundreds gone soon after. Plans that don't describe their contents and a "no questions asked" guarantee with long exclusions make it worse. Our own brands bring in real people who interact, so look at the leading growth services on our list instead.
Thousands of followers that behaved like bots, vague packages and a guarantee full of exceptions. Choose Kicksta.
1/5It's an Instagram (and TikTok) growth service sold through an online store. It describes its method as a targeted algorithmic formula using explore page discovery, "power likes" and targeted engagement.
Our data says the followers acted like bots. Over 17,000 arrived in a month while engagement fell to 0.8%, and 403 had left within two weeks of stopping. Genuine followers interact with your posts and don't disappear in batches.
Monthly plans include Lite at $37, Plus at $57, Premium at $77, Ultra at $157 and Trusy Organic at $397. The store also sells Loops, partnership and Brand Accelerator packages costing up to $1,297.
No. Trusy says it never asks for your password, and its packages don't require a login.
Only within 10 days of your first purchase, and not if over half your allotted posts have been serviced. Loops, Organic, partnerships, Brand Accelerator and Elite Growth purchases are non-refundable.
Kicksta is our pick: it shows your account to people who enjoy content like yours, costs $69 a month, and our engagement climbed to 5.5% while using it.
