CASE FILE · INSTAGRAM GROWTH
Short version: Flamista is an AI-branded Instagram bot, and what landed on our test profile were bots in all but name: almost 11,900 arrived, engagement fell from 2.8% to 0.7% and 579 left within two weeks. Its own docs warn about action blocks. For real growth, see our Kicksta review.
Flamista markets itself as an AI-based Instagram bot for automated activity and scheduled posting. It follows and unfollows, likes, reacts to stories, reposts and sends direct messages on your behalf, using a proxy for each connected account.
It's one of the cheaper automation tools among the Instagram growth tools we've looked at, with plans covering one to ten accounts.
Flamista connects to your Instagram account through a proxy it assigns and runs automated actions from it. You set targets and a speed, and the bot does the rest.
Register, choose a plan and pay. A trial is only available by asking support.
Connect your Instagram account. Flamista assigns a VPN or proxy to each account, and you can add your own 4G mobile proxy.
Choose accounts and hashtags to target, plus blacklists and language filters.
The bot follows, unfollows, likes, reacts to stories, reposts and sends DMs from your account.
Flamista advises starting at low speed and raising it after a month, warning that high speeds on unverified accounts trigger action blocks.
Flamista is built for people who want automation and are prepared to live with what comes with it. Its own help pages are full of block and error messages, and the followers it delivered to our account showed every sign of being bots.
Flamista's appeal is low-cost automation for several accounts at once. If you manage many profiles and only care about headline numbers, a bot that runs around the clock can look efficient.
But follower counts built this way don't hold value. Our engagement rate dropped from 2.8% to 0.7%, reach stayed flat and hundreds of followers disappeared soon after we stopped, the pattern Instagram associates with fake accounts.
If you'd rather grow with people who stay, the routine in our guide to getting genuine followers is free and works alongside a reputable service.
Services that promise human-only growth weren't immune either, as our Virallized review shows.
Even fully managed plans showed the same jump-then-slump pattern, including BoostFluence.
Our Flamista trial covered a full month of September and October 2026 using a test account that started at 2,544 followers. Its content schedule stayed exactly as it was before the bot was switched on.
We noted daily figures for followers, engagement and reach straight from Insights. A fortnight after the bot went quiet, a last count showed how many followers had melted away.
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Followers | 2,544 | 14,395 |
| Engagement rate | 2.8% | 0.7% |
| Accounts reached (30 days) | 10,242 | 10,563 |
| Followers lost after we stopped (14 days) | – | 579 |
Plans are cheap per account, especially Premium, which covers ten accounts for $84.99 a month.
The help centre is detailed about setup steps and error messages, even if many of those errors are worrying.
Followers rose from 2,544 to 14,395, but the engagement rate dropped from 2.8% to 0.7% and reach hardly changed. Within a fortnight of stopping, 579 followers had disappeared. That crowd of silent accounts is bot followers, plain and simple.
Flamista's own help centre lists errors such as "Challenge Required", "ip_block" and access "restricted for spam behavior", and warns that unverified accounts on high speed will be action blocked.
The homepage still shows leftover website-template text: testimonials from a "Game Designer" praising "the best theme" and FAQ answers that describe grid designs and newsletters instead of the product.
| Plan | Price | What you get |

| Simple | $19.99/month | 1 account; auto follow and unfollow, auto repost and posting, story reactions |
| Popular | $29.99/month | 3 accounts; adds auto like, auto DM, welcome DM and the iOS API connection |
| Premium | $84.99/month | 10 accounts; adds live from offline video |
Monthly prices are in US dollars. Flamista's annual plans are listed in euros instead. A 3-day trial is available only by contacting support.
Pro features such as auto DM, welcome DMs and the iOS API connection start on the Popular plan.

Flamista routes each account through a proxy and automates follows, likes, story reactions and DMs. Its help centre includes guides to errors such as challenge requests, IP blocks and spam restrictions, which tells you how often users run into them.
Instagram's usage rules don't permit automated access without Instagram's say-so, and accounts flagged for spam can be restricted. That risk falls on you, not on the bot.
Protect your login with two-factor sign-in security, and avoid any service that needs proxies to hide what it's doing.

Flamista does what bots do: it inflates the follower count with accounts that never engage. On our account engagement fell by three quarters while followers soared, and 579 followers dropped away right after we stopped. Add documented block risks and leftover template text on its homepage, and there's no reason to trust it. For genuine people, pick one of the best growth services on our list.
An Instagram bot that delivered bot followers and warns about blocks in its own docs. Choose Kicksta.
