CASE FILE · INSTAGRAM GROWTH
Short version: RiseKarma sells follower packs and monthly plans that promise thousands of followers. Over a month of testing, RiseKarma delivered bot followers: close to 5,000 turned up while engagement dropped from 3.5% to 0.7%, and 453 disappeared within a fortnight. If you'd like a manager who brings real people, try Upleap's account managers instead.
RiseKarma is a multi-network growth service covering Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, YouTube and more. It sells one-off follower, like and comment packs and three monthly growth plans.
It describes its approach as AI-powered promotion through a network of community groups, affiliate networks, influencers and mobile apps. That's a long way from how the Instagram growth tools we recommend work.
RiseKarma presents itself as AI-driven promotion. In practice you either buy a follower pack in the thousands or subscribe to a plan with a monthly follower estimate, and the followers are added to your profile over days.
Pick a one-off follower pack or a monthly Individual, Influencer or Business plan.
Give your username. No password is required.
Delivery starts within about 15 minutes and finishes over days, depending on the pack size.
Larger packs can be paused and resumed to slow the pace.
Monthly plans renew until you cancel; refunds are case by case.
RiseKarma talks about AI strategies and targeted users, but what it sells are follower packs and monthly plans with large follower estimates. Our results didn't look like an engaged audience.
Its homepage leans on a client case study claiming 6,800% growth in three months and a rating of 4.92 out of 5 from more than 101,550 users. Further down, its own disclaimer says results aren't guaranteed and that no specific engagement or growth level is promised.
The pitch is hands-off growth with big numbers attached: thousands of followers a month for the price of a coffee subscription, and nothing to manage.
Numbers that big, that fast, rarely come from people who care about your content. When engagement falls this far, Instagram shows your posts to fewer people. Our guide to growing followers naturally explains what works instead.
Plenty of follower sellers produce the same result; our Proflup review found the same split between follower count and engagement.
Our test of Skweezer told a similar story, with thousands of new followers and engagement sliding below 1%.
For growth that comes from real people engaging with your account, our Kicksta review is the place to start.
Our RiseKarma trial covered 30 days of September and October 2026. The account it ran on opened with 1,124 followers, and the usual posting routine was left untouched.
Insights gave us the follower count, engagement rate and reach at the beginning and end of the month. Two weeks after we cancelled, a final check showed how many followers had slipped away.
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Followers | 1,124 | 6,112 |
| Engagement rate | 3.5% | 0.7% |
| Accounts reached (30 days) | 4,653 | 4,280 |
| Followers lost after we stopped (14 days) | – | 453 |
Neither the packs nor the plans ask for your Instagram password.
Large packs can be paused, which gives you some control over how fast the count changes.
Followers climbed from 1,124 to 6,112 in 30 days, yet our engagement rate dropped from 3.5% to 0.7% and accounts reached fell. Within two weeks of stopping, 453 followers were gone. That pattern points to bot accounts rather than interested people.
Even the €19.99 Individual plan estimates 1,000 to 2,000 followers a month, and the €299.99 Business plan 5,000 to 10,500. RiseKarma says it reaches people through community groups, affiliate networks and mobile apps, not just organic discovery.
Refunds are handled case by case, and RiseKarma reserves the right to refuse them. Its terms also say growth isn't guaranteed and that it isn't responsible if your account is suspended.
Trustpilot has removed RiseKarma's profile for going against its guidelines, so there's no public rating to compare with the 4.92/5 its site shows.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Individual | €19.99/month | Estimate of 1,000–2,000 followers a month, interest and hashtag targeting |
| Influencer | €99.99/month | Estimate of 2,500–5,000 followers a month, advanced targeting |
| Business | €299.99/month | Estimate of 5,000–10,500 followers a month, sales tracking and custom reports |
| One-off followers | From €39.99 | 2,000 Instagram followers, delivered in 0–2 days |
Prices are shown in your local currency; we saw euro prices. Monthly plans renew until cancelled, and the site often runs time-limited discount codes, which we've ignored.
Refunds are decided case by case, and RiseKarma reserves the right to refuse them or offer credit instead.
Prices checked October 15, 2026.
RiseKarma doesn't ask for your login, but its terms admit that drops happen and that your account could be suspended if Instagram decides the growth looks unnatural, and they put that risk on you.
Buying followers by the thousand is exactly the kind of activity Instagram's terms page is written to stop, and accounts that never engage are the ones Instagram clears out.
Turn on Instagram's sign-in protection and be wary of any service promising thousands of followers a month.

RiseKarma wraps follower packs in talk of AI and targeting, yet what it delivered behaved like bot traffic: engagement shrank to 0.7%, reach shrank and 453 disappeared within two weeks. Case-by-case refunds and a removed Trustpilot profile don't help. Choose one of the proven growth services we've ranked instead.
Its followers looked like bots, and most neither engaged nor stayed. Upleap is the better pick.
