Back to the matter at hand!
So, what’s the deal with Instapromote? Can you trust them to deliver or is it yet another money-grabbing scheme?

Instapromote – What’s It All About?

A screenshot of Instapromote’s homepage.

Instapromote is your run-of-the-mill company that sells followers and other IG services.

To tell you the truth, I had a hard time finding super-thorough, honest Instapromote reviews. The ones I managed to dig up left me wondering whether this company is legit or not.

For instance, if you look up Instapromote on Trustpilot (a reputable site I love to use for references), you’ll see that the company’s reviews are either terrible or excellent – no in-between:

An image of Instapromote’s reviews on Trustpilot.

It was suspicious at first, but after perusing the whole lot of them, I realized that the positive ones were likely fake, while the negative ones told the truth.

Shocking, right?

I can see how that would be shocking indeed. However, after testing and reviewing a plethora of similar services, few things manage to surprise me. It’s not unheard of that companies write their own glowing reviews, for example:

An image of a positive Instapromote review on Trustpilot.

This one even talks about receiving coupons twice a month. Nowhere on Instapromote’s website do they mention any sort of coupons.

Here’s what another Trustpilot reviewer has to say:

Now, which one is more believable? Exactly.

I also checked Instapromote’s page on Better Business Bureau site, where their rating is C- and a client filed a complaint a year ago that still hasn’t been resolved.

Another thing that baffled me was the lack of not just honest reviews but reviews overall.

Based on their website, Instapromote is led by a “professional team of social marketing experts” with “100,000 satisfied customers served in 10+ years.”

A company that’s been in business so long and has such a vast user base should by now have a sea of ex-customers reviews.

By now, you think the whole thing is a huge scam.

You’re probably right.

Be that as it may, we should still discuss the service they offer. If not for nothing, you will at least know what to steer clear of in the future.

So, what is this service? Is Instapromote real?

According to their website, Instapromote is a service that sells all things Instagram-related. This includes followers, likes, views, comments, and auto likes.

I’ll describe each of these in detail down below in the Features portion of the review.

For now, it’s enough to know that Instapromote is, as the name suggests, focused solely on Instagram growth, unlike many of their competitors that offer similar features across multiple platforms.

And how good is the service itself?

When it comes to buying followers, the most important things are safety, quality, and reliability.

And Instapromote seems to fail at all three fronts.

The Trustpilot reviews I mentioned earlier – well, the negative ones – state that Instapromote doesn’t deliver.

As it turns out, you either don’t receive all the followers you’ve purchased, or you do, BUT they disappear quickly. Check it out:

To make matters worse, if your followers are late, so to speak, you’re not entitled to a refund, according to Instapromote’s terms:

“Late delivery does not mean you will get a refund.”

Here’s what one customer had to say about late delivery:

This is why it’s essential to do thorough research before you opt for a company that sells followers – it can quickly turn out to be money down the drain.

Don’t get me wrong; I’m not saying you should never buy followers. All I mean is that if you’re going to do it, get them from a reliable source.
There are trustworthy companies that sell genuine followers, like Upleap. From my experience, not only do they deliver, but they’re also safe to use, and the whole service is up to par.

How To Use Instapromote

If, after all my warnings, you still decide to try Instapromote, here’s how to do it.

The first thing to do would be to go to their official website. From there, you need to choose what you wish to purchase. It’s worth noting that you have to buy each IG service separately, as they don’t offer packages with mixed features.

Once you select the type of service, you have to choose one of the following packages:

  • Starter
  • Newbie
  • Rookie
  • Pro
  • VIP

After that, they’ll ask for your Instagram handle, and they request that your profile be public.

What they don’t mention here but is stated in their Privacy Policy is that they automatically collect your usage data (your IP address and so on).

I strongly suggest you read their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use if you’re going to try the service.

One more thing – Instapromote does mention quick delivery. However, many reviews speak to the contrary.

Instapromote Features

Instapromote’s service entails many features. Let’s break them down to the nitty-gritty.

Buy followers

You can purchase between 100 and 5,000 Instagram followers from Instapromote. They promise quick delivery, top quality, and around-the-clock customer support.

Generally, it’s not recommended to buy a huge number of followers at once. When getting IG followers, you should always go for quality over quantity

If you get greedy and buy a whole bunch, IG can detect suspicious activity, and you could face a ban or a block. Plus, many companies sell fake followers, which means your followers’ list will be riddled with bots, and that is not what you want.

The bots don’t bring any real engagement, and they usually disappear after a while, so nothing good comes out of it.

Based on the negative Instapromote reviews, I have reasons to believe they deal with bots.

Remember earlier when I said you should read their Terms of Use? It’s because they explicitly state the following:

“Instagram users might be inactive or no real humans.”

Without perusing the terms, you unknowingly agree to receive bot followers.

Buy likes

Besides followers, Instapromote also sells likes. You can get between 100 and 5,000 likes, depending on the package.

Instapromote promises the likes to come from real profiles, but there’s no way to know for sure.

The only thing I liked about this feature is that they allow you to split the likes between multiple pictures, which is helpful.

Should you buy likes?

Honestly, I’m not sure.

While, at first glance, likes from Instapromote don’t seem pricey, they can add up to a lot since you can’t really benefit from 100 likes. When it comes to IG likes, you need plenty for them to matter.

In the end, it may not be worth the price.

Buy views

Instapromote offers IG video views, and you can buy from 500 to 50,000 of them. Similar to likes, you have the option to split them between multiple videos.

If your main focus on Instagram is videos, I guess you could benefit from this feature. Even then, it’s not the most budget-friendly option out there.

Plus, the quality of the views is not guaranteed. Although Instapromote swears they don’t condone the use of bots, i.e., fake profiles, there have been some complaints from past customers stating otherwise.

Buy comments

This one is probably the least helpful feature in Instapromote’s service.

First of all, comments don’t really help your reach and engagement. Second of all, in Instapromote’s case, they are not only redundant, but they can also do more harm than good.

Apparently, all the comments you buy from Instapromote sound too botty, which further fed my suspicion that they utilize bots.

Besides, buying tons of comments makes no sense if you haven’t got followers and likes. It’s just not economical.

Buy auto likes

So, what are auto likes?

If you buy these likes, Instapromote will (supposedly) send them automatically to your posts. More precisely, the next ten pictures you post.

The packages range from 100 to 1,000 auto likes, which, when divided by 10, is not a lot of likes per post. And yet, they charge quite a bit for this feature.

Free likes

So, Instapromote also has this thing where they offer free Instagram likes. All you need to do is fill out a survey, and you’ll get 25 free likes.

They claim this will somehow make you a star, but I don’t see how that’s going to happen with only 25 likes on one of your posts.

Customer support

Instapromote promises 24/7 customer support with each available package. However, this is a bit misleading as they don’t really have a live chat or any kind of around-the-clock customer service.

The only thing they offer is the chance to send them a message through a form on their website, where they explicitly state you’ll hear back from them in 1-2 business days.

How is that 24/7 support?

Is Instapromote Legit? The Truth Is Out

While researching the service, I, of course, read the complete Terms of Use page. And it was a true eyebrow-raiser.

I found out that Instapromote keeps the right to attempt to terminate your IG account if you attempt to file a dispute via PayPal or your bank. What’s up with that?

And let’s not even get started with Instapromote’s pricing and refund policy.

Pricing

Here’s a quick look into Instapromote’s prices.

A screenshot of Instapromote’s tariff plans for buying followers

This seems to be the most budget-friendly part of Instapromote’s service, as you can buy Instagram followers cheap (relatively)

However, you have to consider the quality of said followers and the very real possibility you won’t receive them at all.

Let’s check out the likes:

A screenshot of Instapromote’s tariff plans for buying likes

The price points and quantities for likes and followers are identical, but 5,000 likes split between multiple posts is not that many.

And again, there’s no guarantee as to where the likes come from.

I’m not even going to bother you with the price points for comments, views, and auto likes. There’s really no point.

Refunds

As far as a refund policy goes, they have one in place, and it says that you can send an official request for a refund if they fail to deliver the service within 72 hours after purchase without sending you an email.

However, some customer testimonials say getting a full refund from Instapromote is not as easy as the company set it out to be.

Instapromote has a shady tactic regarding the refunds: although they’re usually late with the delivery, it does happen within those 72 hours, and they don’t send all the followers you purchased. However, you can’t complain because of this rule:

“The amount you purchase is not guaranteed.”

The bottom line is – good luck getting a refund from Instapromote.

All this means only one thing – there’s no way Instapromote is a legit company.

I think this customer review on Better Business Bureau site rounds it up nicely:

Let’s just leave it at that.

Instapromote Review – Final Verdict

To sum up, I’ll leave you with the final Instapromote pros and cons list.

PROSCONS
Easy to useNot affordable
They fail to deliver the service.
The quality of the overall service is poor.
There’s a chance the followers are fake.
The bought followers sometimes disappear.
Lack of online reviews
Hard to get a refund
It could jeopardize your IG account.

Instapromote lacks many things, from the quality of the followers to safety and trustworthiness. Honestly, it’s easier to count the good things than the bad ones.

After long and exhaustive research, Instapromote left a bad taste in my mouth. If you need Insta followers, I recommend you look elsewhere.
