What Is Venium?

Venium is an online company that can help boost your social media platforms. Namely, it helps your brand/performance online become famous overnight on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

If you look at Venium’s homepage, they have a pretty catchy logo: a sky-rocket. But does this company really fulfill its promise? Can Venium sky-rocket your follower number in a short time?

Reviews will tell.

But before we get to unraveling solid facts, here are Venium’s features.

A screenshot showing Venium’s four features.

As you can see from the picture, Venium’s most recognizable features are Social Marketing, Sponsored Placements, Premium Networks, and Premium Partnership.

Under each of these, you are encouraged to click on “learn more,” but when you do, the site takes you to the same page each time.

No matter whether you want to read more about social marketing or premium partnership, Venium takes you to a page with the same advertising sentence like:

“We believe in simple and efficient ways to grow a business by being smart, relevant, and most importantly straightforward.”

If you scroll down, you’ll come across another sentence claiming that “We want to help our clients succeed and achieve the greatest results.”

I agree, nicely put, but I was hoping actually to learn more about these features.

One other thing, Venium’s services primarily include, as we already mentioned: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.

But if you look closely at the top of the page, you can see that Venium added another service: Spotify.

Seems like they’ve got some updating to do.

Is Venium Legit? Time To Find Out

Let’s focus on Instagram, for example. When I think about an eye-catching and successful Instagram profile, I imagine it with tons of likes, followers, and comments on its posts.

That’s every Instagrammer’s dream, isn’t it?

In my search for a company that can make these dreams come true, I tend to come across a lot of scams and wheeler-dealers that are just after my money.

Right now, the search for a fair number of cheap ig followers, and I’d like to try and get them from Venium.

While searching, I noticed that this company makes a lot of promises. Not only that, but it makes it look like there is no bad Venium review and that the company’s reputation is impeccable.

I doubt that.

I knew what I had to do to find out the truth – search for reviews online.

How else am I going to be sure is venium a scam?

I’m afraid I was right.

The first site I visited was TrustPilot

It turns out there’s only one review, and it’s 100% bad. Ouch!

The reviewer chose to add a couple of words as well.

I decided not to rely solely on one review, but the more I dug, the more negative reviews I came across.

It turns out that Venium is not as good as it sounds. This company fails to perform its promises, and people are starting to get very angry.

I’ve noticed that there are no in-betweens. A few people are “okay” with the company’s services, and then there are furious customers.

Here’s what former Venium customers are claiming. Check out their comments.

And then there’s furious customers, not skimping on words.

Unfortunately, the other half seems to predominate.

The next site I went to was Webmaster Reviews. And to be honest, the situation there wasn’t the best either.

Venium seems to be missing out on a lot of things.

The company uses its “life time guarantee” as bait. There is no such thing as a lifetime guarantee for ALL the services.

And if you wish to speak to customer service about this problem? Well, you’ll have to wait.

The 24/7 deal is off. The phone will be ringing, but you won’t get an answer anytime soon.

Venium talks about boosting your IG profile with followers and likes, but they are nowhere to be seen? Most of the followers that you buy are actually inactive users.

Another scam.

The hardest thing to get over as a disappointed customer is the money that you spend.

Let’s be honest, Venium isn’t cheap at all, and the delivery speed is slow.

It’s one thing to wait for followers and likes for a long time, but it’s another to end up with fake, inactive accounts.

All that money and time, gone to waste.

VeniumApp – Nowhere To Be Found

A screenshot of venium’s application promotion on app store

I’m an android user, and my Play Store doesn’t support this particular app.

So, is this something just iPhone users are capable of downloading?

According to the source, VeniumApp should allow ALL customers to gain access to ALL services.

This advertisement for an app could be just a pending request, or it could have a long list of impatient customers waiting for their Play Store to allow this app to be downloaded.

When I click on the App Store, it takes me here:

Requesting my email is just another way of spamming my inbox.

Are Venium’s Promises Fake?

A screenshot that shows why to choose Venium

Let’s take a brief moment and comment on some of Venium’s promises.

First, it says that this company has 10 years of experience.

It’s easy to come up with a number like this. From my viewpoint, the 10-year is an excellent way to promote your company’s long-term standing.

What you’re not showing is how exactly did Venium achieve this  10-year “fame.”

The next thing that catches my attention is the number of customers. For 10 years of experience, 500,000 just doesn’t sound right. What’s more, it sounds made-up.

Here, the 500,000 looks a bit too “rounded,” don’t you think? I’m sure you have seen companies promoting their customer services with more realistic numbers.

For example, you are more likely to believe when a company says that it had 67,865 satisfied customers over the last 5 years. It looks more natural to the viewer’s eye.

I’m also not that confident about the 24/7 customer service support.

Let’s face it – there is hardly a company out there that will answer your phone call in the middle of the night. You are more likely to be put on hold, listening to music for 30 minutes.

This is yet another thing that sounds too good to be true.

Nevertheless, people still fall for this and get irritated when the operator doesn’t pick up the phone for 5 minutes, let alone 30.

The most shocking promise would definitely have to be the “lifetime guarantee on all services.” When I read this, my first thought was – how is this even possible?

Naturally, every company aims to obtain at least some profit. So, how would Venium benefit if they offer unlimited guarantees on ALL their services?

Plus, companies don’t always have to be the bad guy.

We all know people that have the nerve and patience to sit on the phone with the operator, claiming that something is wrong with their “purchase” and demand a refund.

The catch is – there doesn’t have to be anything wrong.

And because of such individuals, companies refrain from providing their customers with such a privilege, even if the company is top-quality.

Remember, this is what was advertised at the top of the page.

If you scroll all the way down and go to “About Us,” the numbers are different all of a sudden.

Here the company has twice as less “happy” customers – 265,000.

A company that offers as many services as this one should have a larger number of employees. Venium has only 55+.

It’s pretty hard to pull off 24/7 customer service with only 55 people working, if you ask me.

Venium Review – The Final Word

So, is venium legit? Unfortunately, no.

A lot about Venium doesn’t sit right with me:

  • Their fake followers
  • High prices
  • Poor customer service
  • Slow speed delivery
  • No guarantee or refund for your money

Basically, these are all the things that this company promises you.

If you’re a company or an influencer that’s looking for a quick boost in followers, likes, and performance on your social media platform, and you value your account, my advice would be to skip Venium.
